North lake village Apts are horrible. We had gotten a new manager she seems ok but not had much interaction with her. Jessica is super nice who tries to the best of her ability. Jenna is a piece of work. She's very judgmental, blames everyone else for their mistakes, she's sarcastic, not pleasant In the least. The maintenance staff is nice. The apartments are over priced. This place left a bitter taste in my mouth. It's sad that one seed in the bunch can ruin it for all.

I submitted an application (with $29 fee) for a property. I realized a few hours later I had already dealt with that property owner through Facebook Marketplace, and he had ghosted me a week earlier while setting up a tour. I assume he found a renter, but Apartments.com is still collecting money for applications to the unavailable property? When I submitted a warning/complaint to Apartments.com, the reply two days later was "We don't really get involved" especially because the property owner is "verified." In general, Apartment.com's listings are far from complete and will appear somewhere else anyway. Save your money.

We were forced to change to this from Cozy and has been nothing but frustrations with their site being slow and laid out inefficient. I'm looking to switch my 20 properties to another site. Sad. Cozy worked so good for years! Made managing our rentals very easy.

I have lived at Summit Ridge for a while now. My apartment could be nice. However, the problems I have had and reported are not fixed. The office ladies are very nice so I hate to complain. I do not feel it is their fault. My back door has leaked (like water over my toes) every time a heavy rain comes. They report it to whoever and they have someone to clean the carpet but next time it rains, same thing. It smells and probably has mold under there. For the amount of money I pay, this is unacceptable. This is poor living conditions. The door was finally was replaced but it has cracks all around and it still leaks half way in the living room. Now, I have spiders, 3 brown recluse, this week. This is all a shame because the neighbors and maintenance are nice. I just find it unbelievable that this can't be repaired. Must be owned by money hungry, corporate people that do not care as long as that rent is paid.

I have lived at Cardiff Charles Apartments for 5 years. Living in this community has been a positive experience. The staff from the Property Manager to maintenance have been fantastic. My maintenance needs are completed within the same day. The guys are friendly, polite and professional. When I call or stop by the office I am always greeted by my name and very helpful with any of my needs. The property overall is always kept clean. Very comfortable having guest come to my home to visit me.

I have been trying to rent an apartment is a certain area of New Orleans for months now, when ever one comes up that fits my needs, I email and call right away, never get a response to emails, and had one (out of many many) calls returned, and it was a day later, after the apartment had already been rented. I have added my name to lists etc. without any success in getting responses, pretty mush a worthless site.

Big apartments, high ceilings, large windows, ceramic tile, laundry room, washer and dryer, spacious covered porch, picnic & grilling areas throughout the beautiful landscaped green spaces. The things my family like most are, the indoor basketball court, the pool, the hot tub, the sauna, and the weight room. The office staff is especially helpful with anything that you need, and the maintenance team is there right when you need them. I love Ashley Park Apartments!

I've had a pleasure doing business with Cozy.co managing my rental properties for years till for some unknown reason they decided to merge or be purchased by this completely incompetent and brainless website called "Apartments.com". Their website had to be designed by some dumb college dropouts or complete $#*!s! Nothing works! Stay away!

I was asked to make my profile and pay $35 per applicant so I can apply for apartments online. I spend 70 as it was two applicants. I had 30 days to submit my applications out before another 35 would be required. I sent out multiple applications and did not hear back from anyone. I understand that the money was spend for credit and back ground check but I should be able to have it refunded if after months of using their site I have ZERO outcome!

I have lived here for over 3 years now! I have really no complaints! Good area, quiet neighborhood! Quick relief and communication with management and maintenance! Nice pool and workout room! Allows pets! 10/10! Thank you guys!

Mostly great solution for managing rentals. Fairly easy to set up and automate monthly bills, but one flaw that definitely needs to be addressed.
At the end of a lease, if returning all or some of the tenant's security deposit, there is no way to send money back to the tenant through the system, nor is there a way to record the return of the security deposit outside the system. This leaves the system either showing that you collected more money than you have (which will show additional earnings come tax season), or if you add a credit to track the offline refund, it shows the tenant has a positive balance when in fact it should be a $0 balance. Support does not have a solution at time of this review.

I am the owner of private property that was listed for rent on apartments.com. My home was not for rent! Apartments.com did not have my permission to list my home on its website. So far, I have spent three days having my privacy interrupted by individuals seeking to rent my home. Support at apartments.com will only tell me that the listing was a technical glitch and that it will remove the listing in the next 48 hours. I work at home, bill my clients by the hour and am unable to complete my work without being interrupted by people lured here by apartments.com. My financial loss due to this "glitch" is substantial and apparently apartments.com is not at all interested in mitigating the damages I am sustaining. Moreover, I feel sorry for the people who have driven here seeking a rental property only to learn that my home is not for rent. Based on my experience, I would not recommend using apartments.com for your rental needs.

I paid for the application service but they did not provide anything to my potential landlord. He stated that he essentially received a blank page, no credit check, no additional score, etc. and as a result he required us to provide additional information in a separate app.

Apartments.com themselves acknowledged this was the case to the landlord but would not refund us the application fee. They stated to the landlord that we could still apply to nine more places with the useless application.

Do not waste your money on Apartments.com. There are dozens of other services that actually deliver what they promise.
