Ordered a new Bosch dishwasher for delivery on 29th September 2022, waited all day for a smashed dishwasher to be installed by the delivery man who installed then left the house and only when I noticed that two of the buttons were broken with several large scratches was then when I noticed that the drain hose had a hole in it flooding my kitchen. Customer service did offer a discount of 37.50 if I kept the machine, I now have nothing to use and have to wait several days for them to deliver a new one, this isn't fair I have a 7 month old baby to look after... After further investigation by use of next door CCTV you can see his assistant drop the appliance then still try and install it knowing it's damaged... Very poor on all aspects, even customer service is condescending and don't care, I will be issuing a county court claim for the damage caused to my floor and kitchen units... There level of install you can see it's damaged... Installed and left the house
Waiting in all day, taking time off work. I live in a flat an AO, according to a neighbour, knocked on my door an went away in no less that 30 second! I am a flat, how can I hear someone knock on the entry door? No phone call, nothing. Slot booked for 11-15:00, nothing. See photos.

Really bad customer service!
A plumber fitted our machine and it has been dripping slowly for the past year and has now lifted the floor boards.
They will not take any accountability for this with a manager just saying 'sorry I really do understand' but with now sincerity. To pay for the repairs would be nothing for them and even though admitting because I was refunded the installation fee they kept repeating they are not liable.
An extremely disappointing service as I have always used their products, but will not be using ever again and neither will our connections.
Extremely upsetting when you have a small baby in the house and there is not a true bit of care or consideration.
Do not use! There any many other suppliers out there with actual care and consideration.

Brought a fridge afire f/feeder November 22 the bottom of the fridge freezes everything had to move salad bin off bottom not keen on frozen salad. Had 3 engineer visits they say it's not working properly but won't say it's faulty. Ao offered me a 45% refund which I took as an insult. Totally rubbish customer service I will never buy from them again and I will never recommend them either. I am now going to take it to a solicitor
AO are very hard to get through to. This meant I was left with a non working fridge and they refused to return it. Really bad service, no way of sorting it with them I had to deal with the manufacturer and waited weeks. Will be forced to buy a new fridge I have no doubt.
AO pass the buck and wont allow returns etc. I found currys and others far better.

Buy an item with next day delivery, wait in all day for it not to arrive. The next day ask when its coming to be told tomorrow. Not terms I agreed to when i ordered. Customer services were rude and unhelpful. Facebook team even worse. They have family and friends abusing those that dare complain on there.
Second hand crap for a full price
Ordered karcher k3 power control. Received it the very next day but as soon as I took it out of box it leaked all over my carpet. It has scratches all over. Obviously someone was unhappy with it and sent it back and they sent it to me. I've sent them an email right away but no response whatsoever in 4 days. I obviously decided to sent it back and now I have to stay at home all day and wait for someone to pick it up. What a major waste of time. Super disappointed. Definitely won't be ordering from them ever again. Rubbish company with rubbish customer service.
Use this company at your risk ordering is easy you get a phone call trying to sell you extra insurance. Then the agony starts your told you get a four hour slot but what they don't tell you is they don't tell the driver the time they are meant to deliver the item so we were told between 12.16 and 16.16 still no delivery call the driver app doesn't work. Call AO office no help other than you should get it by 7 but give them until 7.30 just to be safe. Manager calls states just accept delivery will tomorrow between 9 and 9.30 still no call! These guys should learn logistics for basic and customer service absolutely appalling
I selected the fridge I wanted on the website. I checked availability and delivery time. I place my order and paid. I received confirmation of my order and delivery.
The next day I was informed the item was not in stock and asked if I could I be fobbed off with another one?
I asked for a refund and was told it would take up to 5 days.
Interesting business model. It seems very similar to fraud to me.
Stay away from this site and spend your money with people who you can trust and who know what they are doing. Just my advice of course :)
Was promised a delivery date. Prepared my home, the fridge was cancelled without notification after I had spoke to several reps for several days repeatedly who failed to tell me whether it was available and only were concerned with taking my money and signing up for a. O care payments when they don't even care if I have the appliance. When I called and asked where it was, I was encouraged to pick a different one. What kind of sales operations is that. Now I have to wait a further 2 weeks and it's not guaranteed because they indicated I was on some kind of uncertainty as to whether they were ever going to give it when its my money I've worked hard for and exchanged for goods not received.
Having bought quite a few products over the years from AO was surprised at the shocking customer service when the product broke down in 13 months. No help has been given apart from contact the manufacturer. Have had to pursue the claim using the section 75 scheme. Absolutely shocking from a retailer that is meant to help its customers.
Their price matching is a joke. I had the product (Samsung Family Hub RF65A977FSR) in my basket when they raised the price from 3,379 GBP to 4,479 GBP this morning. I asked them about selling it at the price from 2 hours ago and provided several websites still selling the product for 2,999 GBP. Stores like Samsung and Currys, among many others in the UK. However, they refused to match the price, even though their website promises that they will.
Despite emailing this Company 3 times, regarding a faulty product that was delivered 10 days ago, they have failed to respond!
I have tried ringing them, to no avail, and their 'Live chat', is obviously not a Person.
This was a gift for my Son, and he is unable to use it!
I ordered a new iPhone which I paid for in full (£1,256.00). Instead of the iPhone a battery charger was delivered (about the same weight and size).
Contacting AO I was palmed off after 3 weeks saying I should talk to the police (which I had done) and it wasn't their problem. No apology or refund issue.
Placed an order with this useless company and they didn't deliver the item to me, i contacted them and they told me the item was not even loaded onto the van and the only other delivery slot they had available was 5 days later, this was supposedly a priority delivery slot that normally costs £25 to book! It's now 5 days later and hours past the delivery time and after waiting in all day there is still no sign of the delivery, their driver tracker is useless also. Never again will i use this company.
I ordered a Macbook Air from AO in the Black Friday sales. It was going to save me £125. Some days later I received a text from them asking me to send a copy of my bank statement to them. I did not - I've never had a request like that other than from scammers. I didn't really know what to think - in fact I wondered whether a scammer had managed to hack into their ordering system. The computer was not delivered today as promised and after waiting 20 minutes on the phone to speak to someone, I was told that they had indeed requested my bank statement and wouldn't deliver the computer until they had it. I cancelled my order. I'm still absolutely incredulous that a supposedly bona fide company would ask for such things at a time when more crime is from fraud than anything else. I've bought from AO before. I'll never buy from them again.
Didn't receive my item on the scheduled delivery date. Nobody them contact tasted me to rearrange a delivery date. I tried contacted them but went straight to answerphone, they still didn't get back in contact with me. Tried another number and it said they was shut. Really awful experience and won't use again
Waited in all day today (Monday)only to get a call at 16.45 to say they couldn't deliver my appliance until this coming Saturday. Absolutely disgusted won't be purchasing or recommending this company in the future.
Where is my washing machine AO? Website advertised Friday delivery, was however told on phone would be charge for Saturday delivery as no Friday slots. Chose Saturday and paid... its 4pm Sunday and nothing and despite contacting AO for update as tracking status not working on link I'm still in dark as to when its arriving.
This is my second bad experience with AO. Never again AO and likely to be sending back washing machine too.
Used these guys for a few bits and found them to be really professional. I recommended them to a friend who was similarly impressed and thought I should get around to reviewing them. If you're not sure, give them a call, they're responsive
