The company has a great website that gives the viewer the impression of a great company. That is an illusion!. Before purchasing from them it is necessary to accept their terms. If you have never taken the Harvard Law program on "How to screw the customer" then you will probably accept without reading. In layman's terms it says " Our commitment to you the customer ceases when we ship your product. We kind of hope that you will get what you paid for but if that is not the case then it is not our fault and we will not accept any responsibility".
I purchased a new desktop computer system. From the time that I started to set it up, there were problems. I called their tech support. Response:- you must call the manufacturer. I called the manufacturer and finally managed to speak with tech support. After a couple of hours trouble-shooting with no success they determined that the system had to be replaced. They issued a repair code.
Me:- do you send me another?
They:- did you buy from us?
Me:- no
They:- Then you must call the seller.
I called Antonline, gave them the case # and advised that the system had to be replaced.

When my RA was authorized I discovered that I had to pay shipping. I fought that with Antonline and the manufacturer to no avail. I had to pay shipping.
Under the terms of Antonline, -when a product is returned, they charge a 15% restocking fee, There is no exclusion for defective goods, I fought that clause with BBB and my credit card company and was successful. I did get a refund. I learned a lesson that week.
I recently purchased an ACER AIO Computer through Newegg, with Antonline as the the dealer. They delivered on time, but it was defective right out of the box! I purchased a new one but this computer, I believe was refurbished! As soon as I began to use it ran very sluggish to the point of program freezess, lock ups and evntually after shutting down it would not reboot and indicated major disc errors. The problem, It came pre-loaded with all kinds of non-windows software which included MALWARE and after a virus scan it found 53 VIRUSES. Called Newegg they said is was Antonline's problem. Antonline do not accept calls, so emailed them with the support not being knowledgeable, helpful or do they seem to really care. Finally, got a RMA # and they are forcing me pay $50 for return shipping for a DEFECTIVE computer! The computer has been returned and sitting at their place for a week and I have not heard a thing about them receiving it or anything about a refund. Their policy makes it very difficult and a lengthy process to return an item, even if it's defective. My refund will not be applied to my account for almost a month! Providing they do give me a refund and not send me my repaired machine back. Please - Do not buy from Newegg or Antonline and spare yourself the frustration! I iwll keep you posted.

My experience was perfect. Preorder was smooth. PS5 arrived on time. It was well packaged. I will be using ANTonline in the future.
