I purchased a Device from Walmarts website because it said if I buy it and don't like it I can return it to one of their stores, I purchased a gaming headset from antonline and when I get it, it's incompatible but when I try to return, that's when they decide to tell me I can't return it in the stores, AFTER I purchased it, not before. The package arrived with no packing slip which was another red flag for me, they have told me that they will not refund my money unless I have all the packaging and the packing slip! I knew that was gonna happen! I have absolutely no control over that packing slip because it's the company's responsibility to included in the box before they ship it out. I wrote a letter to them explaining that I sent them the original mailing package it came in, the package itself and the headset and I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to make sure that I'm going to get my money back because there's no way you're going to use that as an excuse to keep my money, I'm thoroughly disgusted. I don't like deception and I don't like liars, especially from a business!
