They shipped it out timely and sent the confirmation number a couple days before they shipped it. The system and bundle arrived in perfect condition with everything included.

Everything was great with the exception of the packaging. More packing materials inside of the box to protect the electronics would have been appreciated as the box was a bit mangled upon receipt.

They said Xbox one x was brand new but was actually used condition. It failed 8 months after purchase and did not have warranty because it was not new like they said.
