I don't know why your company uses FedEx because the are terrible, I highly suggest using UPS. Getting no shipping updates for 7 days is completely unacceptable, I have never had that issue with UPS but my guess is FedEx is cheaper for you, guess you get what you pay for.
This company charged my credit card before ever shipping me the product. I ordered a Lenovo C540 from them on 4/19/14. My credit card was charged on 4/22/14 which indicated to me that the product had shipped. On 4/24/14, I reached out to the company because the tracking info I had was shady. It indicated that it had left the warehouse, but nothing else. On 4/25, over 24 hours later, they reached out to me letting me know that the computer I ordered was out of stock… I could get a refund, or wait until they had it back in stock. I knew that if I wanted a refund, my money would be held onto for several more days while the refund was issued. I asked when they would have it back in stock, to which I got no reply. On Monday 4/28/14, I reported them to Google. Later that day, I got an e-mail stating that they were issuing me a refund. From what I understand, they are in violation of the law by charging my card without ever having shipped anything. At this point, I would have, and will rather spend hundreds of dollars more in the future than ever give this company another penny. DO NOT EVER USE ANTonline.
