My experience was good. Only downside was i didn't received my package until 2 days after the xbox came out but i'm not sure if that is ANTOnlines fault or the shippings fault because i ordered two more for friends and got one on time and one the same time as my antonline shipment
Antonline was good about keeping me updated on my order. I was aware that my preorder would come late, but would shipped and received the following week. I like the upfront honesty from the company and nice customer service reps.
I have received my play station 5 as promised... although the box that it was encased in was broken open, retaped and falling apart on the bottom. Since it is a gift for my grandson I'm not sure of the condition of the play station itself. I have not given it to him yet. I'm hoping if there are any issues that you will reslove them. Thank you
My pS5 came super fast and got it one day after it released. The box was in great condition and sent with care. Will buy from you guys again for sure. I couldn't find the PS5 anywhere and you were only place that had it.
They sell a lot of used or returned merchandise as new. They use a heat gun to remove UPS stickers and tape from the original box, wipe down the merchandise with Winded and re-tape the box and place the status of it as new. So customers are getting used merchandise... not refurbished... as brand new.
The new Xboxes may need to be checked after purchase. They have fallen after pallets were stacked... They have been boxed since the tragedy.
I am very happy that I was able to purchase a PS5 early by per-ordering through Antonline. Purchasing and checkout was so easy, and I received updates as soon as it was available and when it shipped. I will definitely buy from their website again.
I got the PS5 on time! So thank you for making sure it was timely. However, the box was nearly open, not a single piece of bubble wrap or anything. I would have paid the extra 56 cents to put bubble wrap in the box or something to make sure it was more secure.

I'm so glad I gave these guys a chance—there were some mixed reviews online, but I had a great experience with them. They regularly checked in letting me know the status of my order, they were easy to contact when I had questions, my PlayStation got here in good time and in perfect condition, and they even sent me PlayStation credit to replace a pre-ordered game that had its release date postponed. These guys really seemed like they cared about the customer experience which I very much appreciated and they made getting hold of my new system a breeze. I wouldn't have gotten my PS5 without them!
On October 13th 2020 antonline had announced that they were doing a "3rd wave" of next generation console pre-orders (ps5 & xbox series x) at 2:00 P. M EST. (11:00 AM PST) me and my significant other waited at the website an hour in advance only to be kicked off the website two minutes before the pre-orders went live. The website stayed offline for 40 minutes without any update at all from the company. When the site came back online all the pre-orders were sold out and the only update that was given was essentially an "oops, sorry everyone bots took all the pre-orders". This combined with the many low reviews of the website makes it near impossible to recommend antonline to anyone and I advise anyone looking into this company to practice extreme caution at best and stay very very far away at worst.
I was lucky enough to get a preorder on September 18, and it arrived the day after launch. Perfect! Couldn't ask for anything more. I see people leaving 1 star reviews because they couldn't order a console, they ordered 2 and 1 got cancelled, or money is going out/in/out of their account. Get over yourselves. If you're that broke you shouldn't be buying one, it says "one per order", and I fought through the bots and got one... not Ants fault. 75% of these bad reviews are salty people whining... if you have a legitimate gripe you do not fall into this category. My eBay app froze and I didn't know I was still on the app and accidently ordered a laptop and when I realized an item was purchased I contacted eBay and the seller right away to cancel. I explained to the seller what happen and got no response.
EBay emailed earlier said it was too late to cancel as it had already been shipped.
I then contacted the seller again of my dissatisfaction of their lack of communication with me. I told them I'd report them to the BBB and EBay for their lack of customer service. At that time I got an email within 5 minutes about how I was a liar and not to blame them for my change of heart.
If they read my first email they would know it was an honest mistake but they didn't seem to care.
Never Ever Buy for these scam artists!
I was skeptical using y'all because I hadn't before, but you had a ps5 bundle and I figured why not. Everything got here in a timely manner (2 days after release, so all things considered great) and there weren't any issues with any of the devices. Would definitely shop here again.
I bought a PS5 bundle on launch day and received it not even a week later it was fast and very reliable as well. At first i was a little suspicious but then i went with my gut and purchased! Greatest decision!
I hadn't heard of this site before and was scrambling for a PS5 preorder. It worked! They got it to me on time, there were zero issues, and given how other people's experiences on other platforms have been, I'd totally recommend them!
1st off, It doesn't tell you the return policies until after you buy the product nor does it state they can change parts without your knowledge until you buy their product. I spent almost 2k on a gaming computer and it was sent to me with the gpu bracket not secure which, damaged the graphics card, there was no SSD drive and no windows Home 11, on top of that, the motherboard was not working, the company did not securely pack the pc and charged me to return it and didn't refund my total amount bc the box was opened, now how am I supposed to know if everything is correct if I dont open the box? They sent me a broken pc and I had to pay for them to repackage it. I even spoke with MSI support and they said they never heard of this company and I need to send it back because they broke it.
I was very happy to get the PS5 pre-order. Not as happy when I didn't receive it till about 5 days after the release date. The shipping box was beat to crap, thanks UPS. But there were no padding air bags or peanuts, just the PS5 box that could slide around so ANT's packaging didn't help. PS5 box had a slight crunch but no problem with the actual device so Sony did a good job. Had to call ANT with a question when Sony changed the pre-order games available, woman was helpful and the one game was switched to a PlayStation store card. I'd buy from ANT again but hope for better shipping packaging.
Forbes puts out this article about these guys having the Xbox Series X and Ps5 back in stock on Oct. 13th at 2pm EST... I get on 10 min early then reload at 2pm EST, crashed. Can't be found. Won't load. Nothing. Finally loads back up, guess what? Sold out again, as far as I know they never had a restock of the consoles that Forbes talked about. The ultimate crash at a crucial point. Super disappointed.
I pre-ordered the PlayStation 5 from antonline and I received excellent service from them. The website was very slow when I was trying to order it but that was to be expected due to the high traffic from the demand of the console. Other than that I have no complaints. Customer service was very helpful the few times I called them and I received my order on day 1 launch day which was a pleasant surprise because I thought I wouldn't get it until at least a couple of days after launch. I highly recommend making purchases from them... I know I will be in the future!
I'm glad I took the chance and risked it. Wasn't too sure about the company to be honest but I took a leap of faith.
It paid off. Purchased the PS5 bundle, fast shipping everything as it should.
