Hadn't heard of this company when my son snagged a new PS5 on their website. The communication via email from the company was excellent and the product arrived exactly when expected. Would not hesitate to recommend ANTOnline to anyone!
This is great. I could have done without these games but it's coo! Maybe NBA 2K or something different but these are good too. They packaged it a way so people couldn't steal it so I appreciate that. Looks like there was an attempt but it was unsuccessful. This site was the only place that came through to get my console so kudos to that.
I was fortunate to receive all the products i ordered, but there was practically no padding. The box had alot of open space, so the system and games were free to fly around. The box itself was sealed with literally 1 singular piece of tape, and the flaps were very loosely, if at all, connected to said tape. Its frankly a miracle that no one along the way looked in and saw a ps5 free for the taking. On the positive side, as previously mentioned, all ordered products were there, and the delivery was very timely.
The most awful customer service I have recieved in my 32 years of life. I ordered an Xbox one controller from Walmart.com on black Friday. It was shipped by this AWFUL company. I recieved my controller. My item was shipped and when it arrived, the actual xbox one controller box was incredibly damaged. I am gifting this controller and cannot imagine gifting it in its current condition. I emailed their customer service. From the first email I got attitude. They basically called me liar. They said that they shipped 10,000 of these controllers and had never had a complaint. I call BS on this as my box was so damaged! So I proceed to send pictures. Still, attitude. I explained that the box is an embarrassment to even gift to someone! They basically told me to suck it up and deal with it. Went directly to walmart.com and filed a complaint and immediately was treated with respect like an actual customer. NEVER AGAIN. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ****ALL**** COSTS!
Very slow and unfriendly. Even if you call to a customer support and the answering machine asking you to "press 2" to talk to a customer support it is not a customer support and you have to write a letter and waif for more than 24 hours. Tired.
Decided to do a console upgrade and wanted one with a disc drive for backwards compatibility. ANTOnline was offering a good deal for a Series X, so I purchased it and they delivered it, and the bundled item, in excellent condition.
I have NO idea why people don't use this company. I was panicking when I read the 1 star reviews, but I had none of those problems. I was able to get my shipping information within 2 days, and get a new Ps5 in under a week. I really was worried that this wasn't going to turn out well, but I can't understand why people hate on this company so much, with the speed and delivery I had experienced.
I was lucky enough to secure one on release day and I was informed that it would ship on Monday the 16th. Later in the day I got an email saying it shipped early. I received my package in perfect condition and I am very pleased for my first time order from antonline.
Preordered the Series X with them and due to the high volume of traffic, it took a few days to receive any kind of order confirmation which after spending $700 was a little worrisome. A couple days later I received my confirmation and as it came closer to release, received shipping confirmation. Everything arrived as expected and I couldn't be happier. Their customer service is very friendly and helpful as well.

The PS5 came when we were advised it would arrive. My son, of course wanted it immediately. I am happy we were able to get this console and the games from you. It was frustrating trying to get it from other retailers because their websites kept crashing. You made getting the console so much easier. Thank you so much!
Order was delivered in a timely manner, when I called customer service the lady was extremely rude tho. Like I was inconveniencing her cause I was inquiring about a 750 order. So as long as you don't have to call customer service, you'll be fine. If so, expect to be talked down too an treated like crap.
This was my first time ordering from ANTOnline, so I was worried and kept focusing on the few negative reviews. They were able to ship my package early and I even got tracking info from UPS the same day they shipped. Everything I ordered arrived in excellent condition and ahead of originally given date. There was even a change on my order from the manufacture, which the were quick to reach out on and gave me multiple options on how I would like to procced.
When I first ordered the bundle on 11/20 it unfortunately got cancelled because I put my PO Box; then I tried my luck again and snagged one on Monday 11/23 it went through PayPal but wasn't sure I secured it. Thank god I did! Got the confirmation number like 3-4 hours later and was shipped on the same day! I cannot wait to play it and would absolutely buy from you guys again.
Purchased a headset for around $100 through the Google Store that was fulfilled by Antonline, the left side made an abnormal buzz in certain sound ranges so I submitted a return all within 14 days of delivery. Upon return to Antonline they said I sent back the item without the box(complete lie) and it was open/used and charged a 50% restocking fee.
So they not only charged an absurd fee, they lied about the condition of the return. I will hopefully get my money back as Google has been notified and customer support agreed that this is pretty much fraudulent practices by Antonline. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and I urge all those scammed by them to do so.
Avoid them, stick to Amazon, Walmart or Newegg for tech items as they don't pull these types of stunts.

I ordered Ps5 bundle and got said bundle about 2 days after release which was way ahead of their estimated delivery. I wish it came on release day like a lot of other retailers do especially since I ordered it 2 months prior.
Got everything perfect and as described. Great service and products.

For a high demand item like the PS5, the packaging and everything was on point. Definitely telling my friends about this place for a future PS5 drop.
Could not preorder a PS5 to save my life. I tried an embarrassing amount of times, all the big retailers. Thank God I preordered from this site and ignored the bad reviews because they sent my PS5 on 11/11 and I got it 11/13. Perfect condition and I have had a blast all weekend.
