I bought a keyboard as a birthday present. When it was opened in May (3 months ago) we noticed some keys were broke. I have since then contacted them MULTIPLE times trying to get a refund or replacement and each time they have told me no because it was out of the window, or because it wasn't their item. The manufacturer can't do anything about it because it wasn't sold from them. Absolutely $#*!ty costumer service! Don't waste your money. I'm now out of $200 because a company refuses to do anything about it.
I ordered an laptop from this company from Amazon. Once I received the laptop, I noticed that it was the wrong laptop that I ordered. When I return that wrong product back to them expecting a full refund. When I check my bank statement, they refund half what I I paid for! When you buy from this company make sure they don't ripe you off. If it had a zero as an option, I would rate them at a 0. Buying another laptop from a different company!
Order my son a PS4 for his bday back in Dec 2019 package never delivered. Here it is Jan 21,2020 im still waiting for item or refund of $299.99. I never am able to speak to anyone over the phone. You call customer service they take an message and say someone will call you a bunch of BS! I will never order from this company EVER AGAIN.
I pre-ordered a PS5 bundle. Box arrived in good condition. So far, PS5 is awesome. Loving it. Only complaint is that the system didn't arrive till the 18th. Wish I got it on the release date, November 12. But, I'm just happy I got it. Thank you.
Ordered PS5 and was very skeptical based on things I read online. My experience was the exact opposite. Great communication via both Twitter and email. Fast shipping as well. Ordered my bundle on 11/9 and received 11/13 (GA to IL). Box arrived damaged but that was likely the carriers fault not ANTonline. Everything in the box worked flawlessly and I am thoroughly enjoying my PlayStation 5. Thanks ANTFarm team!
Very smooth purchase, no website errors, timely delivery, everything was handled well and there was no damage. However, the delivery person failed to obtain to required signature and left it anyway, and on the next PS5 drop i got kicked out of the website while trying to help my dad obtain one.
Order a dualsense PS5 charger on Christmas eve. It arrived 3 weeks later and USPS said I owed $5.30 because they did not send it with the correct postage for it's weight. I refused it and it was sent back. They refunded my money less 15% per their return policy. It was their mistake and it cost me money. Complete joke.
Bundle came with Elite Series 2 controller and 3 months of GamePass Ultimate. Easy to track with tracking number provided. Shipment came on the date it was supposed to. Overall great experience with AntOnline. Personally would have preferred just the console but every single website was SOLD OUT! I was one of the very few super lucky ones who was able to secure one(with bundle) on launch day November 10 thanks to AntOnline.
I managed to secure a PS5 bundle during AntOnline's second wave of offerings. The console, games, and accessories promptly arrived with a required signature from UPS two days after launch. I was extremely happy about this and appreciate AntOnline's order tracking on their website!
Right after I purchased the PS5, you removed the money from my card but did not send me a email confirmation. I had (and still don't have) no transaction number. With no way to track of return I had to wait a week until I got a UPS text that it was on its way. The unit was sealed and everything was in the box. Can you send me my transaction number though this email.
I purchased a Nitendo Switch from ANTOnline and I honestly cannot say enough great things about this company! I received an amazing deal on the Switch, but free shipping was going to take a little while. This was a fair trade to me so I went ahead with the purchase. The Switch was shipped the next business day and arrived to me in 2 days! This was 11 days ahead of the estimated shipping!
The box that was shipped to me was in excellent condition. When opening the box the Switch was perfectly wrapped and in pristine condition. While I have only been using the Switch for a few hours, it is working wonderfully.

I ordered on a Monday. It was delivered on Thursday, and I was able to track my order the whole way. I talked to customer service right after I ordered to confirm everything, and they were helpful and knowledgeable.
At first, when I heard about antonline I did not trust them at all when I tried getting my ps5 on launch day. But I just said why not! The worst thing that can happened is that I'm going to lose 1000 dollars. So I purchased it and I saw that the transaction went through. And I received a confirmation saying that order is being processed. And I was like I can't believed it. And a week later, UPS came with my package and it was totally legit. If you haven't got a ps5 yet, you should totally get it from antonline!
They canceled on me after I got a confirmation number. Then they wouldn't tell me when I would be refunded. Now I keep getting asked how my product is. This site is unorganized and badly ran. Go somewhere else
This was my first time shopping ANTOnline and I got to say it is 10/10 experience. I've been trying to secure an Xbox Series X for the past few weeks and ANTOnline's site is very reliable. Throughout the checkout process, I didn't experience any site delays and was given an email confirmation shortly after my order was placed.
I will shop here again for tech products.
Cou works as described however it shipped only in a bag and with the retail box inside. As you'd expect the box was in bad shape but everything was ok.
A shipping box is better for shipping in than a retail box for sitting on a shelf only
I returned using their 30 day return policy via an RMA. They didn't have the skills to reset the surface pro and sent it back.
When they did they did not return my 99 dollar surface pencil and my 99 dollar Microsoft office license. They won't answer emails or phone calls. They just ignore you.
I am going to have to sue them for a refund for the items they stole as they won't respond in any way.
DON'T BUY FEOM THESE CROOKS.
Buy from someone reputable and pass this company by. They are crooked.
I wasn't expecting to get my order this quickly, but it arrived on the 17th, 5 days after the PS5 launch! There were minor dents to the corners of the box itself, but overall, everything was delivered without problems!
You saved Christmas for my family by having stock. Billing and shipping were perfection. The PS5 is a Christmas gift, but we were worried about never having it in the first place. Love our friends in Georgia from a Florida family.
