I had a great experience from Antonline. My item arrived as described and timely. Great experience from start to finish with my purchase! I can not speak on the returns process, but the purchasing side exceeded expectations.

Do not buy from these guys. They are literally changing the item description after you order the product to a lower/cheaper model and they'll send you the lower/cheaper model while charging you the higher price of the original product you ordered.

I tried to get a refund and they said they have to charge a 15% restocking fee!

Great company. Found the site on Twitter and did a lot of research. So glad I made my purchase. Processing and shipping was quick and was everything I needed and more. Will shop with AntOnline much more in the future!

I bought two Nintendo switch via Ebay. They send me a package with one Nintendo only. I made a claim via Ebay and basically they said that they have sent two units. They refused to send me the missing unit or my money back. It seems as if this is a common practice. Stay away from this company they are scammers.

I ordered an Actiontec power line network adapter kit. I received only part of the order. One of the items in the product picture had been removed from the manufacturer's box. ANTOnline did not respond to my email.

Took a chance at ordering the ps5 from them. Don't pay attention to some of the reviews. They're a legit company and my ps5 arrived 2 days after launch completely fine and well packed in the box. Very satisfied and would go through them again

The unit was sent and delivered as advertised. It was also easy to track online. I was initially worried after reading the volume of negative reviews. The company was an alternative to not being able to get PS 5 from the usual stores that wouldn't let me to complete the transaction even when I had it in the cart. ANTOnline enabled me to get the PS 5 as a Christmas gift for my son. I am grateful that the company exists.

I returned an Xbox that I ordered, I was sent the wrong one. You call they tell you that they can't give you and updated status or talk to you at all about returns but will send an "urgent email" okay? My xbox was delivered to them 2 weeks ago but still no word on a refund? I email and email and call and call but NOBODY will tell me anything. Pretty sure they are just going to keep the money and the xbox
