So my first Christmas going with Walmart over Old Faithful Amazon, due to the way Amazon treats it's employed was horrible. Antonline gave me a "New" piece of crap Xbox ONE that didn't work out of the box. To return the item I have to pay or request a label, which I'm sure will be deducted from my refund. Because I carefully opened the box and needed to tear away some of the plastic wrapped around the batteries for the controller and HDMI cord, more deductions from my refund. I am convinced these folks sell busted stuff right out the door, and the turn around profit they receive is from shipping and returns alone. Lesson learned. Slaving on back to Amazon. Sorry Wal-Mart, but you should check the marketplace sellers you partner with better. Or at the least intervene somewhat.
Ordering with ANTOnline was a great experience! They emailed me with relevant updates and always communicated timelines. Mostly importantly my package arrived on time and the packaging was very well done.
Great lil site. Totally out of left field, had never heard of this site. But I'm glad I did. The only improvement I'd say is to maybe improve the graphics/search bar for the website. I say this because my first impression of the website was that it was maybe a scam to be honest. But after vetting and going through the site, I'm quite happy with the experience.
Days and days of searching. Subscribing to countless random twitter feeds for in stock notifications. Constantly refreshing Best Buy, Walmart, Target, Gamestop. I hadn't given up hope yet but it was fading. And then ANTOnline reached their glorious, beautiful hand out and pulled me from the darkness. A mere 3 days later my Xbox Series X was placed on my doorstep and a single tear drop fell from my eye at the sight of it. Thanks for coming through in my time of desperation ANTOnline!
The check out process was extremely easy with PayPal and the delivery arrived 3 days before the quoted day.
My only concern was there was no packing material for safety/protection when the package arrived the tape and box were so wore out I could easily just rip it off and one of my games wasn't secure in it's case and just sliding around. I haven't opened the others yet.
So I made a purchase on Walmart.com and they were the seller and shipper. I placed the item in the cart and started the payment process. No suspecting the price would change, processed to process the payments and it changed in the middle of it. From $349 to $399. Called Walmart and they immediately put the price in Walmart and not them. It was there price and they changed it. I'm not the first consumer this has happened to with them on Walmart.com. Called them and they had no sympathy or care at all. Claimed they would reach out to me and never heard back from them. Walmart satisfied the issue with me and I got the help I should have got from Antonline. Thank you Walmart.

There I was with a notification that PS5 bundles were in stock…shock over came my body…would I be able to get one? Would I check out and be told there were no left? Wow the mystery the excitement. Bam…I purchase…boom 2 days later it arrives. Amazing.
ANTonline gets a bad rep for what seems to be customer service issues regarding returns, but when I was eagerly trying to find a PS5 to pre-order I gave them a shot. I was willing to give them a chance as a first time customer and they have not let me down!
I pre-ordered my bundle back in September and they didn't charge me an extra beyond the $10 for shipping. Once the day came to ship it they did that no problem and two days later I had my PS5 bundle. I think people should cut ANTonline some slack and give them a chance. People who had bad experiences with places are the most likely to write a review. So keep in mind that while a company might have a lot of bad reviews that doesn't necessarily reflect how that company is. ANTonline gets two big thumbs up from me so far!
I was honestly unsure when using this site since it was my first time, but I am glad to say that they killed it. I got exactly what I ordered and it came faster than I thought. Everything was nice and protected in the package. Good job!
I placed an order for an xbox at midnight one night then decided to read the reviews about ANTOnline. I got extremely concerned about the company, so I phoned the next morning to make sure the company was legitimate.
I called, was on hold for about 10 seconds, spoke with someone right away to confirm receipt of my order. The order was not only confirmed received, but it had already been packaged and put out to ship. My order originally said it would be shipped within 4-5 days and I received it only two days after I ordered it.
I was very happy, had an extremely positive experience and will be ordering from them again. And... I never leave reviews, but felt compelled to because of all of the one-star ratings on here.
I discovered ANTonline when I stumbled on a list of places you could buy new, limited stocks of Xbox Series S|X & PS5s back in early 2022. Once again, they came through with available stock of PS5s that are not marked up for highway-robbery prices. They are fair, process orders quickly and ship fast at a very competitive price. I would have no qualms giving them more business. They earned my loyalty.
While I didn't know about ANT Online until this purchase, I was very pleased with my experience. Ordering was easy, customer service kept me informed on changes to order (which were very reasonable, no big surprises) and timing of shipping.
I ordered a fairly expensive item after Christmas because I had some extra money, and the next day it said it had shipped. I kept checking UPS and it said it was in transit for 4/5 days. I contacted UPS after it had passed the "delivered by" date and they said that the label was printed but they never received the package. I sent in multiple tickets to antonline and they only responded to one, saying that they did drop off the package and ups hasn't scanned it. I called their customer service asking where my package was and the lady told me she would put request a ticket for me(which never happened) and was then hung up. It's been 9 days since I placed my order and no update on where the package is, and when or if I will be receiving it.
I'm waiting multiple days for my order to be shipped so I send a message asking when its going to be shipped. I then get a reply saying my order has been cancelled at my request... The absolute worst experience imaginable... The problem is this product cannot be casually ordered... This website is the absolute worst...
I ordered a PS5 and I'll tell you it was very difficult to get one of these, it said it would deliver in a week and a half but surprisingly it only took 2 days! I don't know who runs Antonline but whoever is doing a great job and the website itself is trusted and very good. I got my PS5 brand new perfectly fine with no issue.
This is hands-down the absolute worst company to have to deal with. They are set up to deliberately be deceptive and deceitful. No way to get in touch with them by phone and they don't respond to emails. They sent a defective computer that I promptly returned and did not receive a refund. I followed the instructions to a T on how to process the RMA for a return. Stay away from this company at all cost regardless of how good of a deal they present.
I wanted to return my mp3 player which did not record from the radio. They wanted the order number which was 24 digits long and the last 3 didn't print right so I had to guess and what they might be. None of the guesses were right (of course) so I was told to email customer service which I did, but never heard from them. Avoid like the plague.
I purchased the 3080ti bundle, the software codes were sent shortly after payment confirmation. Shipping was quick and all items were received. The 3080ti is a beast card, just shy of the 3090 by a small margin.
EVGA has a 10-year warranty program on their site once you register the card if you feel like paying the fee.
I bought a small product from them. Took them a long time to ship it. But they did something wrong such that without product being delivered to me was returned to them. Then without even sharing this to me they refunded $9 out of $27 that I paid for the product. I contacted them and they never responded in a business-like fashion. This was small and I do not have time to take it to court. Watch for the bigger items. I have purchased online for more than 10 years and I have not seen anything like that. STAY AWAY from them even if they turn to be a little cheaper than someone else.
