After weeks of trying to find a Play Station 5 these guys had a plan in place to try and limit the amount of Bots ruining this holiday shopping experience and it worked! I was able to get my PS5 and I got it in 3 days! They have won a lifetime customer out of me!
Ordered a Ryzen 9 5950x on release day, 11/5, which I have still not received on 11/21 due to multiple issues. They charged me $30 shipping for normal speed shipping which other reviewers have pointed out is pretty BS, but that's the least of my complaints.
1. When I ordered, there was no indication that the product was not available for shipment. Once they had my money, they sent me an email that "once the launch date of 11/13 arrives, your order will be immediately moved to the warehouse where it is pulled and packed, real time 24 hours a day." So that kinda sucked but I figured hey, at least I got one at not TOO much more than the correct price, so I rolled with it.
2. The 13th, the date they promised to ship on, came and went.
3. After contacting support, on the 16th, they did ship me a processor. Despite the above issues and the generous shipping budget they'd allotted themselves, they did not upgrade my shipping so it didn't arrive in my region until the 20th.
4. My address was transposed on the shipping label they printed, so the local FedEx driver was unable to release the processor to me. I have confirmed and re-confirmed that the address that appears in the online order status and in my emailed invoice is correct, so it's not because I typoed it when I bought it; but also it's my credit card billing address.
5. Limited support staffing hours, so I won't be able to reach out to them to have them correct the issue for a few more days, then I'll likely have to wait another day for FedEx to reload it on a truck.
I had read many of the reviews the people had posted online and most were negative. So, of course, I was leary. I ordered a Xbox Series S with some extras and paid with PayPal just in case. The Xbox was delivered today, sealed in a box. I'm impressed with the speed (got from GA to CA in 4 days!) and communication from AntOnline. Had to share! Thank you!
I was over the moon excited to be able to snag a PS5 bundle from these guys. Anyone who's tried to get a PS5 this holiday season knows what a crapshoot it can be. After ordering, I realized that my address was wrong a previous address and reached out to their customer service to have it updated. The response that I received simply stated that they will cancel my order. Now I can almost understand if you are not able to update the address on an order that's been placed... literally 5 mins ago., but maybe ask the customer if they want their order cancelled or sent to the address originally requested. Give the customer a choice.
ANT support stopped responding regarding my refund and I would really like a clear explanation. I was hoping to re-order the next available ps5 bundle with my correct info, but with only a partial refund I can't afford to. Please email me back.
Could not preorder a PS5 to save my life. I tried an embarrassing amount of times, all the big retailers. Thank God I preordered from this site and ignored the bad reviews because they sent my PS5 on 11/11 and I got it 11/13. Perfect condition and I have had a blast all weekend.
I was lucky enough to get a PS5 from them on launch day. When it arrived everything was sliding around in the box which was not a good sign. Upon opening it I found no insulation and the bundle items were just sliding around. The ps5 box was damaged, controller box ripped, and a game case was cracked and the seal was broken. I emailed customer support and they just told me that if everything worked then enjoy it, otherwise I have to return everything. This could have been much worse and when spending over $900 on a console bundle I expected a little more care going into the packaging. They certainly lost my business.

I will say that getting shipping information was difficult. They were very tight-lipped about when they would ship, and I only found out once they actually shipped and I was alerted by UPS. For several weeks, they only said that Sony controls the ship date, and that they didn't have any other information. Was this true? I don't know. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. This console drop is a once-in-nearly-a-decade event, and millions of people were stepping in line.
Overall, I had a great experience through Antonline purchasing the most anticipated console ever. In the other 99.9999% of the time that the PS5 isn't launching, you will likely be satisfied.
I was looking for pre orders for the ps5 and found ant online. Seeing the reviews i was really cautious about ordering but I pulled the trigger and got two pre orders. Sure enough the day came and I received them in a couple days with no problems, the ups tracking number was on my email and everything went perfectly. So if you are like me and are nervous about ordering here dont be, they are super professional and deserve recognition when they perform well. Good job antonline, I will be ordering from you again.

I was skeptical with the poor reviews for this company but I'm glad I gave them a chance. They were very efficient and I got great service. My playstation 5 came two days after the national release date. I would make another purchase from them again.
I see all of these negative reviews, either about slow delivery or slow refund. It happens, get over it! ANTONLINE came through with xbox & ps5 preorders when the larger companies didn't! They took my preorder, & delivered my ps5 on launch day! THAT IS SOMETHING TO RAVE ABOUT! But keep talking about them, cause that's what's making them HOT!
I was lucky enough to get a preorder on September 18, and it arrived the day after launch. Perfect! Couldn't ask for anything more. I see people leaving 1 star reviews because they couldn't order a console, they ordered 2 and 1 got cancelled, or money is going out/in/out of their account. Get over yourselves. If you're that broke you shouldn't be buying one, it says "one per order", and I fought through the bots and got one... not Ants fault. 75% of these bad reviews are salty people whining... if you have a legitimate gripe you do not fall into this category. Ordered a PlayStation 5 in September. While the email communication was limited their status website was fantastic at being updated on time. Pre launch day they started packing for shipping and I had my ps5 a day after launch. Fantastic service. Highly recommend.
