Im very happy with my purchase from your company. I was like the millions of people searching for a ps5 preorder i *******@Wario64 post you had them and i never heard of your company before and was a little nervous. You have been nothing but professional. You sent multiple emails confirming my preorder. You also emailed me to let know my item shipped. If it wasn't for you i wouldnt be enjoying my PS5 thank you again and i hope your company and all its employees have a great holiday.
This was a pretty good experience ordering from them Good communication. Only qualm I have is that o bought a PS5 bundle with 2 games and another controller. They put all 9f that into a big box with no packing material so my ps5 box had a pretty good dent in it and one of the games got jarred loose in the case and got scratched. So kinda disappointing but at least I got my PS5!
My order came just as described, and they continued to inform me on what was going every step of the way.
Would have been 5* had it arrived on launch day. I do think it's ridiculous that customer service cannot confirm online payments. It's likely why I won't order again.

I preordered a PS5 from them, though I'd never heard of them before. I had to decide in seconds, and it was a big leap to drop nearly $800 on an unproven company. Their online systems and email messaging (and lack of ability to reply) aren't inspiring, but, at the end of the day, they came through and delivered what they said they would. ANTOnline could use some polish, but they did what they said they would. I would buy from them again.

Called to ask about my order and phone failed. I purchased on Sept. 18 and got a confirmation, but no other updates on my order until the day it was shipped (11/10/20). Was also shipped and arrived late and 4 days after its actual release which was strange because this is the only company that make you pay for shipping and it was still late.
Ordering from their site during the preorder madness was pain free and I got through no problem. Their emails were great at keeping me informed on what was going on with my ps5. My only complaint is I ordered a bundle which came with 2 games (originally 3 but the 3rds release date was delayed so they gave me $70 in PSN gift cards, awesome!) And one extra controller. The box was oversized and had no bubble wrap, papper or padding. The ps5 and surprisingly the game cases were not damaged. But my extra controller box was smashed. I didn't notice any damage to the controller. But something like the ps5, which when all boxed up is a 15lb box could have easily done some serious damage with the way it was able to move freely inside the larger shipping box.
I received my package in a timely matter. Im NOT a fan of UPS service these days and i was worried, especially near the holidays... but EVERYTHING turned out fine!
