Lots of programs That I have to figure out good price and product

I had to return the first vacuum because the battery would not take a charge and the second vacuum I received did not have all of the attachments included.

Was a bit difficult but that may be due to the fact that I already had an account directly with Trend Micro where the price for essentially the same product was almost twice as high and appeared to cover only one device.

Delivery a little slow. My confirmation order went into spam much to my surprise and sat there for several days before i opened the file to see if it was there. Other than that issue I am pleased with their customer service interaction and will purchase from them again

I purchased VPN in error. But the company person I talked to took care of getting me my proper anti-virus. He was able to return our $ and charge us for the correct amount. This all took a few minutes after I got a real person. Thank You.

There was a substantial problem with the payment process, that is, my card was not being accepted. After getting the message across they set up to take control of my computer and get the payment made. I was a little concerned about this but it likely is OK.

I do not plan to install the software for about two more weeks but I do not expect any problem. If I have a problem I shall let you know.

Good service but have not started software download yet

Sales staff not very 'polished' leaving me a bit unsure of the company and wondering about the product, but after installation of software it confirmed my decision was a good one. The final endorsement is the highly competitive price of the product I purchased, an impressive virus protection living up to the promise of a high quality software.

I hafta tell ya this guy 'Jester' is one heckuva customer service rep. He was extremely patient and helpful AND honest! He pointed out how I could save money over what I was prepared to pay, then guided me thru the process step by step and even remained on the line to make sure I didn't screw up the download. So the bottom line is I can't say enough good things about this particular experience. Thank you.

So far it has been good. I am a novice with computers so I am in hopes that the installation of this product is as easy as the purchase process. ADDED NOTE: The antivirus company actually installed it free of charge online. I allowed them to control my computer and they did it in less than an hour.

I was satisfied with order but wasn't aware it didn't come in a cd in mail took several days to know you had to download once order was here things went ok just very cautious thank you for your services

I had Eset before, then when it expired I got Norton and had nothing but problems and the help line was no help at all. There was a language barrier that impeded my ability to communicate effectively with the helpline. I returned to Eset and have been happy ever since.

Lisa was excellent help on the chat. I'm not sure if I would buy again due to setting up of account and address. Not a big deal but it's working now. I would probably buy again if price is right.
