Buyer verification process by phone is recommended - do that. Was waiting hours using other methods. You do have to know which product you bought.
Once verified I still had to wait hours to receive the link to the product site and be given the Serial Number.
The following applies to the Trend product.
Once at the Trend site I had to search for my product and then believe that the rather general description of it held many variations, and that the one I bought and downloaded would be identified and unlocked by my Serial Number. That is not told you, but this is my third year so I've learned something.
Part of the learning is that you have to delete the trial version Serial Number and replace each section with your own.
There are a lot of processes that require your having faith. It's a difficult ask when compared to other software purchases where you are virtually hand led all the way through the installation experience.
I'm only docking one point because I know that company technical support would "see you through" if you get worried, confused and bogged down.

The amount of time taken to order and pay was ridiculous, already have acct on old computer, buying eset for new computer, too many times to change user id and password. Frustration level high.
Was very pleased with the price of Kapersky Total Security. If I wanted to renew through Kapersky it would have been way over $100. Did not have any problems with the download.

I had no problems or issues downloading my order. The price was very much less than if I purchased this from Kaspersky directly. I'm very satisfied with the order overall.
The actual order didn't show up. I had to call and get the order emailed to a different email and then send it home. I got the confirmation with no problems. Comcast.com must not like you.

Just a bit of concern about the product description. I believe I am ordering Maximum Security despite a later, on page, description describing the Titanium Panel.
Happy that it was in fact the Maximum security product. The site should have someone go over it asking the question, "is there any possible misleading information." Fixing that would have saved a lot of questions going to the sales rep. He was a little on the back foot about the issue. But managed to convince me to buy.
You get a link and it sends you to Trend but then there was a major problem. Which of the 101 products do I download? So I know what I bought and find it in the Home and Home Office section but then which of the three do I download? I can see a 64 bit version and there is a 'Full' version - whatever that is. Can AntiVirusDeals.com please prepare us for this, or provide a direct link to the specific product we have bought.
There is a good report for the customer service. They got a Technician to call me up and he installed the first installation for me - yes they can do that from anywhere on earth - just a bit slower if the tech is on the moon.
Installed the software on two dell laptops. Everything appears to be working properly. The old version of the the software needed to be removed before the new software could be installed.
