When I dialed the support phone number, I assumed I was talking to Norton people. Reluctantly, because of past horrifying experiences I continued and a connection was made to my computer and the person I was talking to disappeared. God only knew what might have been hacked on my computer during a rather long wait so I disconnected and called a number I knew was Norton. I've had so many bad experiences with hacks pretending to be "agents" of some legit company when all they want to do is gain access to your computer and screw you.
What happens if I format or upgrade my hard drive and wipe out the Kaspersky activated software. Can I still use it on the new drive? Please respond with instructions on how to reinstall this software and keep my software activated on a fresh hard drive and OS install.

I had problems downloading the nearly one gigabyte installer program on to my next book using the mobile hotspot feature on my smart phone. Your tech guy gave me the solution! Since I already had Avast Internet Security on my netbook (license was about to expire), all I had to do was go into settings and update the license key/code. That eliminated the need for downloading and reinstalling the program!

The delivery went very well. I then wanted to order more and found "PRODUCT OUT OF STOCK". No date for availability was provided.
However I was some what disappointment with the ESET product. I called them to straighten out problems with the install. They responded and fixed the issue.
So all is well, except for "PRODUCT OT OF STOCK" matter.
Lisa did very well but I could not activate the access number as it wasn't valid for my area which is New Zealand so it took me 1 hour to sort it out with Norton who fixed my account and credited me for the year for 5 PC's not 10. The Norton helpline were most helpful

My KIS subscription was expiring in 9 days so I purchased an activation key here for Kaspersky Internet Security. Within 5 seconds after submitting my credit card info the Activation code appeared on screen. I copied it to my clipboard. I then opened up my KIS app and pasted the code. Everything went fine except that my subscription date didn't update with remaining time. Just set time only for new time of software, problem being there still remained several months.
Best price that I could find and download and installation were seamless. I've got another computer on its way and I will be making my third purchase in less than 2 months when it arrives.

This was a surprisingly good experience. My only issue is with the product itself. McAfee has changed the layout of the software just enough that it is a little difficult for me to navigate.
