Our antenna worked great for a week. The second week it wasn't picking any of the stronger stations, like our CBS, ABC, NBC affiliates. Isnt that the whole point of getting an antenna! Plus their "DVR" never recognized our TV. So we called their 'customer service' and she said she would have 'a technician call tomorrow." Nobody called. I called customer service back and got the tech support number. Called them, left message with my number. They never called. I attempted to have an email conversation with "Mike", the "CEO" and all he wanted to do was argue whether I actually reached out to them, rather than providing customer support. I had proof (email, phone log, text) that I did but he got quite antagonistic in this email. The only customer support he provided was to ask if the red light to our antenna was on and if we ran digital scans. I see in previous Yelpers' complaints that they were also told they needed a power pass splitter. Said "We do not sale powered splitters, never have. I do not know why you would need a splitter anyhow." When I asked for a refund for the nonworking antenna based on the 60 day money back guarantee. He said "We do not support those who do not try to work with us." I don't know what more I could have done outside of calling, emailing and texting about our nonworking antenna. He did not like the 1 star reviews I gave him. And that really is the only reason AntennaDeals.com even reached out to me. Because I gave them 1 star reviews. You would be better off finding a local business that sells antennas.
When you live as far out as we are, you must have a strong antenna to watch local television and this one will do the best job.

I can see the Empire State Building from my roof but the indoor antenna's couldnt pull in the signals. This one works great. Good bye to FIOS and TWC for TV.
We picked up a local ABC that we never could get with the other large antenna. All channels are clear. Fist scan was over 40 channels.
