This place is ridiculous. The clothes are junk from China which took a month to get here look nothing like the pictures and the return policy is contact this seller which is another noghare because you can't return to Annie Baby so I'm stuck with this crap and Pay Pal refuses to give me the sellers address! This will be my Goodwill donation. I don't think anyone would even choose to wear it! Also it took longer to get here than the return allows to return! I hate to even give it a 1 but to warn others I will!
Once again an app just popped up. Cute stuff. 30.00 order for jeans. On me! Didn't check up on Annie. As soon as I put my order in their was no receipt to download! I knew I was probably screwed. I text them to stop my order. They said purchase can be stopped in a 24 HR. PR. I have NO tracking #. Nothing I tried showed I even made the purchase. What else can be done? IM SO SCREWED!

I have to say the items look really nice in the pictures but after looking at the many bad reviews, all with very similar complaints, I don't think I'll be doing business with Annie Cloth. I didn't get a better feeling from all the positive "reviews" either, which not only sound fake, but as if written by the same person and on the same date. So, thanks to all reviewers for saving me, and possibly many others, some money.

This is a money-racket, and I have learned my lesson about not reading reviews first. I saw what looked to be contemporary and cute clothes on the website and didn't even think to read reviews, even though I'd never heard of Annie Cloth before. When I purchased the items ($80 worth), I never got deliver date confirmations, and that (unfortunately so late) was my red flag. A few days later I then sent an email to customer service, but received no response. I received instead an email 3 days after that (so, 6 days after my email) indicating 'my order had shipped', but the tracking # didn't work any time I tried it. I placed my original order 10/3/19, and got the first 2 items ("leather" boots and a pair of earrings) on 10/16. The "leather" is cheap 'pleather', smells awful, did not look like the boots on the website (see pics), and are not worth the $40 dollars they cost me. I'm still waiting for a sweater and another pair of earrings, but do not have my hopes up. I can't get any info of when the goods will arrive, I'm doubtful of the quality, and will certainly NEVER order from this site again. I have been researching what do with this type of fraud, because I will be reporting this website.

Zero Stars! Horrible. Received my sweater today. It doesn't look anything like the picture. Wrong color of green, different buttons, cheap ribbing. Buyer beware. It comes from China and you have to pay shipping to return the low quality cheap junk. Simply terrible! I don't mind paying the shipping if it is my error, but, when it is because the product was misrepresented, it makes me very unhappy! See for yourself.

Frustrating and long experience. I purchased from Anniecloth, not realizing it was a company based and shipping from China. When I returned my items, I paid a lot to and used US post office. Their customer service response, email, and contact page had a lot of delays and errors. It was very frustrating. At the end of the day, I paid a lot of money to return 95% of the items I purchased because they were low quality. They did refund my order, minus what I paid to return the shipment. I ordered in August and finally got this wrapped up in October. Will not order and lessons learned on websites that look like they are based in America, but is from China.

Worst website ever. The clothes on this website or poor made and Very bad quality. The zippers wouldn't work and the material is itchy. Trying to refund this product is impossible. They stole for 15 days and after that they tell you but according to their website there is no refunds after 15 days. That is the scam. These clothes come from Hong Kong.

Do NOT order from this company. I bought this dress for a friend and the dress came in smaller than advertised and the logo was horribly misspelled. I understand that accidents happened however when I contacted the company about the error they required me to pay shipping back to them to get a refund. Shipping to China for this was almost $60.00 on a $20.00 dress. So I didn't bother. I don't mind the inconvenience of having a bad product sent to me, but the company not correcting it on their dime is inexcusable. I will NOT be purchasing from them again or any of their clone companies. Attached is the dress with incorrect spelling.

Sizes of clothing do not run as they indicate, even if you check their measurement table. I ordered a pair of pants as XL which indicate a waist of 33. The pants that arrived have a measurable waist of 22. This measurement isn't even on their chart as a small. The best part is they offered me %15 to have the pants tailored. How in the heck can a pair of pants alter fabric that is 11 inches too short.
What they don't tell you about return shipping -- it is to China. Not the point of shipping where the items originated. Stay away from this site.

I'm very disappointed with their clothes. The reviews I read stated that the sizes ran a little small so I ordered one size larger than I usually wear. After waiting for weeks I received a small part of the order. The clothes were so small that I couldn't even get them on. These clothes are sized for either a very small child or a doll and not for an adult woman. The fabric was some kind of cheesy gauzy fabric and if it was large enough to be worn would have to be layered. They ship from China (if I had known this I never would have bought), they don't pay for return shipping so good luck getting your money back. Don't do business with these people, you will regret it.

Purchased 4 items but only received 3 items the style and colors didn't match the pictures shows on Annie Cloth website and sent so many massage to their customer service for the item haven't received however passed two months never received any response from them.

I wish I had read all of the horrible reviews out there about this scam operation! Sadly they charged me through PAYPAL and it was processed. No reply via email - no phone number - BEWARE! Started PAYPAL case today for refund - THIEVES is right - so angry - and people who have received items claim they are junk! 3 positive reviews posted today must be BOGUS! I am very concerned that they will hack my accounts now - can't believe I have been scammed! SO ANGRY!

Do not order from these people. They will block your emails if you have a problem and try to communicate with them. Won't ship all of the items ordered and then keep saying you have and wait a little longer they are on backorder. They never come in stock though. You can wait forever!. In claims dispute with them on Paypal. Right now. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE RIP OFF PEOPLE. It is one scam after another with these guys! Shame on the parents of whoever raised these people.
