Two sweaters were received in the 10-20 day time frame indicated by the website. However, the quality of the products is horrible. Photos on the website indicate thick, soft, woolly texture; these pictures are obviously faked. The material is rough, thin, string-like cotton or cottonish synthetic. The material is ugly and essentially unwearable because it is so scratchy on the skin; it looks and feels like a knitted burlap. Washing them with fabric softener did not help. I would be embarrassed to donate these items to a charity and so will wear them only for house cleaning or gardening and will eventually throw them out.--- Note that these products are advertised by several scam websites, including AnnieCloth, Wotoba, RosalinLin and some others that appear as popup ads on legitimate sites like the Weather Channel. Buyer beware. Annie Cloth is a total waste of money. The fact that the prices are so cheap should have been a warning to me. If it looks too good to be true... it is.

This clothing company is a SCAM! I ordered a jacket on 9/22, paid for it, and NEVER received it. I sent at least a dozen emails which went ignored. Finally they responded stating they would let me know tracking info, once it left warehouse. I never received that info, the jacket, OR a refund! They are negligent, rude, and don't care whatsoever about their customers. I want to WARN the public of this illegitimate, fraudulent, irresponsible business that takes your money and delivers absolutely NOTHING! Not even a refund.
It's criminal what they are getting away with. Beware! Anniecloth is a SCAM, big time.

I rarely purchase items from companies that I see in the ads that populate the email on my iPhone. That being said, I fell for one and I promise it will never happen again!
The description told me both items ran large, so I ordered my size in both figuring for shrinkage. I ordered a large jacket and a medium sweater. Both were so small, they would barely fit my Size 0 daughter in law! I wouldn't give them to her anyway as the quality is so poor, I'm not sure I would donate to GoodWIll. I am currently attempting to get Annie Cloth to respond to my email for a Return Authorization, to no avail.

I had been looking for a certain style and colour of pants for awhile and finally found them on Annie cloth, I was so excited. They looked perfect in the picture, exactly what I was dreaming of. I went by their size chart and ordered the pants. Didn't have paypal option so I had to pay with credit card but I noted it was secured. Got the pants quickly but let me tell you how mad sad and angry I was! They were NOTHING like the picture. The colour in the picture was a rose pink/purple and the colour I got was bright peachy pink. The size would fit an elephant (which is weird because usually its the opposite with Chinese sizing). The length, you would have to be 7 feet tall or so. I could not believe my eyes. So so disappointed. I wrote to the site's service email right away, and got no answer. I wrote everyday. Finally I found a way to submit something from their website. Then I got a reply! Just a standard one requesting info (which I already provided and the email address was the same; I had also included pictured). I wrote back to that email with everything and haven't heard since. The timeline for replies was supposed to be 24 hours. Ha! I'm still waiting. I left reviews for those pants but they won't post them. Because they were negative, i had included my pictures too. I don't see this company staying in business long. If I don't get a refund, i will continue to spread my experience on the internet.

Ordered 3 items. I was a bit concerned because of cheap prices, but it was a "big sale".

Turns out everything is ALWAYS ON SALE
Took 5 1/2 weeks to arrive.
Trash.
Cheap fabrics, poorly sewn, look like crap.
Not wearable.
Someone else compared them to cheap children's Halloween costumes.
That is very accurate.
After trying to contact them via email (no phone number) turns out YOU have to PAY to SHIP TO CHINA $$$$.
Or accept a tiny 15% refund or credit towards next order.
Like I would ever order again.
It turns out they apparently steal the photos from other websites, then send some cheap pieces of "fabric" (nylon? Polyester?).
You do not get what you order.
What you see is not what you get.
It's easier to just take your money and throw it in the trash.
You'll get the same result, but with less aggravation, and no disappointment.

Poorest quality and worst customer service ever!
Wish I had read the reviews before ordering! I ordered 3 pieces of clothing. When the first 2 finally arrived, the "fabric" was like a slippery piece of nylon less than paper thin and nothing like the photo. The sewing was worse than a 5th grader could do. Honestly, I haven't EVER seen a worse quality piece of clothing! It also ran super-small. When I asked for a refund, I was put through lots of rules and waits and more rules, ending with (paraphrasing): "You can send it back, but you have to pay for full shipping and import taxes back to China, which is very expensive. How about accepting 15% of the value of what you bought?" Ridiculous! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered 2 over-sized sweaters on Oct 13th, 2019. It's now November 4th and I still have not received my order. I followed up with them via email on Oct. 21st requesting an update. They sent me an emailing stating 1 order was sent. So I waited and no order arrived. I contacted them again via email (no phone number to reach out to them) on Oct 31st letting them I still have not received my order. I have NOT HEARD FROM THEM. They shut down all communication. IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY DO NOT ORDER FROM THE COMPANY. THEY ARE SCAMMERS...
