Utter and complete waste of money. Company would make 1 effort a week to contact us, then sit and let the clock run until our contract ran out.

I reached out to the team at AMZ Publishers for growth and scaling up my Amazon business. I was amazed by what I got in return. These people didn't only enhance my Amazon business profile presence but drove sales from scratch while maintaining my existing customers. They conducted keyword research for my profile, formulated an effective plan, and incorporated the identified keywords into my business profile. The project manager updated me with every change they made to my profile and obtained my suggestions at every stage. I will only say that they don't only claim, but they also prove their expertise.

They were able to meet my needs because I was looking for someone who could write a book on the same subject as the one I'm writing. The way AMZ Publishers matches me with a qualified writer has really aided me in my job and they are highly attentive. The writer's assistance allowed me to continue working on my project as planned and concentrate on my morning job while finishing my book.

I have ordered books from 3 other so-called book publishing companies, and all 3 of them were pretty bad, almost as if they didn't care at all. AMZ Publishers was amazing; they cared about the quality of their product. They were attentive throughout the project cycle, returned my calls, and got back with updates promptly.

I am truly impressed with the work these people have given me for the past few months. Their team is capable of conducting very thorough and precise research analysis. It was extremely easy for me to work with them, even though most of the updates were communicated through email. Also, their turnaround time for the requested information was quick; I almost got the details before even I needed them. At times, I felt that I was the only customer they cared about most, but I realized that their high-end customer service standards never let their clients wait for days in response to their queries.

I needed a specific custom-sized book. I had been quoted by other companies that this made it impossible to get my book published. AMZ Publishers came as a guardian angel and made sure that publishing my book become possible.

Absolutely horrible experience, the lack of care, consideration, and competency is unreal! I have been fighting for months now to complete my work! The compliance team, editors, writers, everyone is worthless, not helpful, yet they will take your money. Spread the word, don't use them!

I know most people believe poor reviews are result of poor sales but this is NOT the case. I was so excited and had fairly low expectations in the beginning. I was willing to take the stand of "you're the expert" but very quickly it was clear my team either did not care, or did not know what they were doing.

I reached out on May 24th and shared some of my concerns:
- I was writing with a pen name but they kept putting my legal name on both the book and the media posts. That is fully under minding the whole reason I did not publish with my legal name.
-After they finished editing, there were MANY errors. These are from the "Final Draft" they sent me. Example1: pg 78 "Open mouthed and envious; the new boy followed Elizabeth all the way around the back of the cave to where the Marie, Kathleen, and Chris were standing around an unconscious Aurora."—(use of the word the before a name.) Example2: pg85 "Geoffrey groaned; he could image trying to walk through the underbrush."—(image should be imagine.) This was the type of thing I was paying them to fix.
-I had requested line editing and developmental editing but only had line editing.
-The YouTube ad created showed a clip from the show Shadow Bone which would have led me open to copywrite lawsuit. I was the one to catch it and make the request for it to be changed.
-The art for the cover was nice enough but when I asked for an edit it looked very patchy and like images were cropped together, poorly. (It was later confirmed the edits were done with AI and I had to fix the poor cropping myself and send it back to them as after 3 requests they were not getting it fixed)
-The marketing blogs were decent and well written but again, they used the incorrect author name. One even had the WRONG TITLE!

I promptly received a very respectful response saying thank you for reaching out saying "we apologize for falling short of your expectations" and assuring me that "this type of mistakes (the wrong author name) should not occur."

After this happened, the team continued to struggle with using the wrong name (article May 30, back of book cover May 31 (twice- was not corrected in both spots) and posting the wrong name in live online marketing. I reached out to managers several times and was basically told to just give it another chance.

As the team worked to upload the book, they had a REALLY hard time with the cover image. The team started working on uploading to Amazon/ Kindle on June 15th. They made 3 attempts to upload the cover image resulting in me getting error messages for a period of time until I included a link from the error email "Learn more about barcodes."

When my book was finally uploaded in the various platforms, it was not correctly formatted so when my mother purchased the kindle version, it could not be opened on a kindle device! I notified them of the issue. After getting a message that they would look into it, I looked into it myself and sent them a link explaining why it was not working and what the correction required was. It was fixed 3 days later.

With the marketing, they created several promotional pages for me (facebook, Instagram), however at the close of the project, they did not give me the log ins or the passwords so I could continue to use them.

I can only speak to my own experience but I will not be using them again.
