I don't know how they got good reviews, but they are just a SCAM. I bought a purse OVER A WEEK ago and still haven't received a response. They say it takes 2days to ship an item and 24h to respond on IG, but I have not received either.
After the purchase they messaged me on Instagram saying that item was sold out and DISAPPEARED right after. I tried to contact them multiple times but still have not received ANY RESPONSE for OVER A WEEK even though my messaged being READ on IG.
I emailed amuze support as well and received an auto reply that email not being monitored! So there is no way to contact them.
Now have to file a chargeback.

Don't waste your time! I would absolutely check for authentication everything they sell! Do not trust them.

I couldn't be happier with Amuze. I got brand new FW2022 Manolo Blahnik boots for 41% off! They just came out in the stores yet I got them on sale. They were delivered in about 3 days from Italy, came in original box, etc. and having bought many designer shoes, including directly from the Manolo Blahnik store, I immediately recognized them to be 100% authentic. Amazing! I know it seems too good to be true, but it is. I'll absolutely be back to shop for more.

After being a loyal customer, i had an issue with my last order. I received my order and was so excited, when I finally took it out to wear for the first time I noticed a strange round spot on the bag. (Was exactly a week after I received it, so I'm still in their 2 weeks policy of being able to return/exchange the item). Never worn or used.
When contacting AMUZE, About the damaged bag they sent me, they turned me into a liar and said it was impossible! This was extremely strange that I was being treated this way, with no regard and my request was being denied. They constantly lie and twist things around so your not able to return anything to them! Very shady and terrible customer service. I've never been treated this way before. I'm completely disgusted. Will never order again. Lesson learned, will only order from department stores where your treated fairly.

I have purchase many pieces over the years from Amuze and have never had a problem. Returns were easily accepted for store credit like most small businesses and some of my most loved treasures come from Amuze. It's a great site.

I've purchased shoes and bags from Amuze and everything is 100% authentic, customer service is the best and they are very honest with the delivery time frame, I've never had a problem with them and for sure will keep buying more things!

I just love my Valentino Rockstud crossbody bag! The bag came in the original Valentino packing, complete with the dust bag and all the tags. Having shopped for the bag in the Valentino store and already owning another Valentino bag, I knew immediately it was authentic. Due to COVID there were shipping delays, but I received prompt responses from Amuze to my status inquiries. I'm checking their site daily, looking forward to my next purchase!

Been a long time of Amuze, and each item I buy I'm very happy with my purchase. Never had a bad experience. Their customer service answered all my questions in a timely manner. And all items arrive packed well. Their selections are items you see in stores but with great prices.

Bought a pair of Jimmy choo shoes last year from them at a fraction of the cost in stores. Items are all authentic and come with their original box. Highly recommend Amuse

As soon as Amuze had the color I wanted in my size I purchased them and the entire process was really easy. Everything came in good condition in the original box with dust bags & heel taps.

I ordered a belt from Amuze, it came damaged (maybe happened during shipping?) they gave me a full credit to order something else. The sneakers I got are beautiful, they came quickly, in the designer box with dust bags. Overall I am super pleased with the products and service.

Hey! I've ordered multiple times from amuze, I have about 17 pairs of shoes and 5 bags lmfao and everything is authentic! A lot of these reviews are from petty customers but I'm obsessed with thier site and customer service team and their products ofc! Thank u amuze!
