A MUST READ! As consumers, we have the right to provide reviews based on our experiences, whether good, bad, or horrific! If a vendor is just looking for profitability with no true customer service concerns, then reviews are how those experiences are shared.
Since writing a review about my horrific experiences with Amuze, on more than one occasion I was contacted by it's owner. As the customer who had bad experiences (more than one) with the orders placed at Amuze, I was expecting an owner to be apologetic and seeking to resolve any concerns.
Unfortunately, instead the owner was very insistent with the removal of the review, as it wasn't a positive reflection of his business practice and had even threatened to dispute the review (as Amuze did). Obviously the review was within the required guidelines and has since been approved.
The point of this follow up is to make fellow consumers aware that you do not have to accept unacceptable customer service from any organization. Especially when the business owner acts with arrogance and disconcertment. I stand by my initial Amuze review, as well as, this review of my experience with its owner.
His approach was to challenge my review and even went as far as to question my character, indicating that I must be a disgruntled customer with character issues based on my experiences with Amuze.
Be careful who you spend your hard earned money with. At the end of the day, Amuze is an issued plagued business when it comes to its Italy shipments and the owner is quite aware of it. READ THE OTHER REVIEWS AND JUDGE FOR YOURSELF!
