I ordered a belt from Amuze, it came damaged (maybe happened during shipping?) they gave me a full credit to order something else. The sneakers I got are beautiful, they came quickly, in the designer box with dust bags. Overall I am super pleased with the products and service.
After being a loyal customer, i had an issue with my last order. I received my order and was so excited, when I finally took it out to wear for the first time I noticed a strange round spot on the bag. (Was exactly a week after I received it, so I'm still in their 2 weeks policy of being able to return/exchange the item). Never worn or used.
When contacting AMUZE, About the damaged bag they sent me, they turned me into a liar and said it was impossible! This was extremely strange that I was being treated this way, with no regard and my request was being denied. They constantly lie and twist things around so your not able to return anything to them! Very shady and terrible customer service. I've never been treated this way before. I'm completely disgusted. Will never order again. Lesson learned, will only order from department stores where your treated fairly.

First time customer that will definitely order again in the future! I ordered a pair of Bottega Veneta sandals that I've been eyeing. As soon as Amuze had the color I wanted in my size I purchased them and the entire process was really easy. Everything came in good condition in the original box with dust bags & heel taps.
I couldn't be happier with Amuze. I got brand new FW2022 Manolo Blahnik boots for 41% off! They just came out in the stores yet I got them on sale. They were delivered in about 3 days from Italy, came in original box, etc. and having bought many designer shoes, including directly from the Manolo Blahnik store, I immediately recognized them to be 100% authentic. Amazing! I know it seems too good to be true, but it is. I'll absolutely be back to shop for more.

This website is a scam. I've always been distrustful of their purses but decided to try their shoes. Their stuff really is counterfeit and once you place an order regardless of wether if it ships they will not let you cancel it. You find yourself stuck with fake goods and they will give you "store credit" to buy more fakes. Run far and fast
I just love my Valentino Rockstud crossbody bag! The bag came in the original Valentino packing, complete with the dust bag and all the tags. Having shopped for the bag in the Valentino store and already owning another Valentino bag, I knew immediately it was authentic. Due to COVID there were shipping delays, but I received prompt responses from Amuze to my status inquiries. I'm checking their site daily, looking forward to my next purchase!
I bought 2 Balenciaga bags from Amuze inc (amuze.com) then got them authenticated. Both bags turned out to be counterfeits. I requested full refund but they denied it. They couldnt prove that the bags were authentic. They sent me authentication certificate for a different bag with different serial code and claimed all bags were authentic. I reported them to BBB. Still fighting to get full refund

We spoke with you on the phone multiple times regarding this. At the time you purchased this bag, in February 2018, we were still working with third party vendors. We stopped because of situations like this, but we still stand behind the products authenticity. The paper work that was reviewed before purchasing these bags for resale tracked back to Balenciaga themselves. We ran this by our legal counsel before we purchased the bags and they approved Third party authenticators have no relationship with the brands, and the brands do not recognize their authentications, and they have no credibility.
I have purchased several shoes through Amuze, and they are identical to shoes I have bought directly from designer stores. I love this shop and look forward to purchasing more designer items through them!

I don't know how they got good reviews, but they are just a SCAM. I bought a purse OVER A WEEK ago and still haven't received a response. They say it takes 2days to ship an item and 24h to respond on IG, but I have not received either.
After the purchase they messaged me on Instagram saying that item was sold out and DISAPPEARED right after. I tried to contact them multiple times but still have not received ANY RESPONSE for OVER A WEEK even though my messaged being READ on IG.
I emailed amuze support as well and received an auto reply that email not being monitored! So there is no way to contact them.
Now have to file a chargeback.
Don't waste your time! I would absolutely check for authentication everything they sell! Do not trust them.
Scam and Poor Customer Service
First, I would like to start off by saying I never write negative reviews- but I need to share to inform others before they buy from Amuze.
My order was processed on October 8,2019. I requested expedited shipping because I had no idea it shipped from Italy (they didn't post it on the item). They refunded me the shipping and explained it would take 1-3 weeks to ship- I wasn't thrilled but understood and waited the three weeks... Here we are today, November 19th, still have NOT received my purse- have been back and forth on Instagram DM- they claimed my bag would be here last week... still SIX weeks and nothing. Asked for their number a second time yesterday. They finally replied and refunded me this morning. With NO explanation about what happened to my bag that "shipped last week". Feels like a scam who just wanted money up front for a bag that never existed. *******% NOT worth it!

After we specifically order the item for you, we unfortunately can not cancel the item.
Immediately after you did not get the answer you wanted, you left this review claiming we sell fake merchandise. Toyo, it is unfortunate that we have to repeat this again and again. Everything sold on Amuze.com is 100% authentic guaranteed. It is our biggest priority to make sure everything is authentic. We won't work with third party wholesalers, because of the risk of replicas. Everything comes direct from the brands, or from boutiques who are authorized sellers of the brands.
