I ordered a "Gold Rhinestone Strappy Single Sole Heels Faux Leather" heels from amiclubwear and was very impressed with their communication and quality of the products. They sent an email with pictures of different angles of the heels and asked for my approval of the design before sending it to me, which I though was pretty awesome! It made me even more excited product for the to arrive. Shipping time was pretty fast, came in less than a week, and I was very please with the quality of the product when I opened up the package. If I ever need another product like heels, clothes I will definitely be ordering from amiclubwear again.

Hello, I would like to cancel a purchase made Amiclubwear, Dese Enterprise, Inc. I'm from Brazil and I can not get in touch by phone. I was robbed and they stole my belongings and PayPal account was open on my cell phone. I did not make the purchase. I would like to cancel. I have already opened a dispute to cancel and receive my money through PayPal, we are awaiting response from the store. Paypal said that I did it, but they robbed my cell phone with Paypal account open, unfortunately, so much that the card here in Brazil is canceled because I have already presented evidence. I could not even afford this purchase. I'd like you to cancel, because it has not taken less than 48 hours. Please cancel the purchases, I will call you and as I do not understand English I can not cancel. Please. My card is already inactive.

To date, I have ordered 21 pairs of heels for my girlfriend from this site. I have had 2 issues which were promptly resolved. 1st: One pair arrived in the wrong size. The box said 7.5 but the actual shoes were 5.5. Customer service asked for a photo to verify the size discrepancy, provided a return label via UPS, re-shipped the proper size and offered me an online credit for the trouble. 2nd: One pair arrived soiled around the ankle area. Customer service again asked for a photo to verify the stain, offered to send a replacement but didn't have the size available, allowed me to keep the damaged item and applied a credit in the full amount of the purchase. I have made 7-8 different orders & every time the packages arrive within a week. Customer service is very pleasant if you have to speak with them and they will try to find a solution that is mutually beneficial. Products are very close if not identical to what you see in the photos. I recommend.

I had only one problem with some Booties I order months ago and they were very diligent ensuring that I get the Booties replace as well as compensation. I must say that if you had any bad experience then you must try to reach out to them and I can assure you that it will get resolve. My problem was handle and fixed within a week.
