This is a drop ship company with no inventory. When they make a mistake they put the onus on you to remedy. It can take weeks for refund or replacement. I won't shop here again.

I have a 24 year old Chevy Silverado and I wanted the shocks changed. I asked for a specific brand, Bilstein, but the garage could not locate them. American Trucks had them and shipped within a couple of days! Website was easy to use, navigate, and order what I wanted! Love this Great American Truck Site!

Took 3 days to get shipped, when I ordered, approx delivery time said the 27th or 28th, then finally get shipping notice available for delivery the 1st, other parts I ordered got shipping notice next day, have what I need rims, tires, and spacers, but no lift, so now I am setting here waiting due to slow processing and shipping, this is not the way for me to make further orders with this company, as a matter of fact I ordered headers the day I received shipping notice, they shipped from CA. And will be here the 1st, a way larger package.

My cai had been discontinued and needed to make sure a off brand would fit. The customer service person was able to find me exactly what I needed.
Very easy to install and sturdy. You won't have to worry about them falling off while going down the road.im a little concerned that it may scratch the skull cap on the back side of the mirror when taking on and off. If it wasn't for that it would be 5stars for sure. I live on a dirt road with lots of bump. I took them for a test drive and the vibration wasn't as bad as I thought it would be and considerably less on the paved road

Product itself is good but the few things with the kit, wiring harness was not long enough to connect lights and the instructions were very vague on how to install kit unless you have a bit of knowledge could be difficult

Huge holes on both sides of the box whether it's from delivery service or American Trucks but I am not certain if items are missing.

I received your part and everything was good. Didn't notice the extra charge on the bill. It said free shipping then later I saw a $200 charge. We unloaded the package with a forklift. They didn't do anything different as a shipper then if we had a dock. Easy money for them. Scammers

Since yours was shipped LTL Freight due to size and weight your item did not qualify. The shipping cost can be found on the very first page at checkout online.
