The product arrived quickly but not before a lot of emails! This company seems ok and I understand there trying to sell but they send so many emails I have to block them. Every time I try to look at an email there's another one from American truck or whatever the name is. Very useful and actually counter productive because as I said I have to block them.

Site says you will receive items it 2 or 3 days. I received 1 item of the two I ordered in 6 days. Still waiting on the second item. No bad weather for an excuse.

So far the two things I've ordered have arrived early which is nice but they have also been easy installs minus the fact I had to repair a hold down bracket for a lenses
The raw pan said not in stock the black pan said in stock so I ordered it then all of a sudden after I ordered it the send me a email it's 12 weeks away that's pretty bad doing that

For day after next delivery with tracking #s, continuous support and perfect products at Far below any other price I could find. And I look everywhere. This is the type of company that earns my business for good. I don't even think I'll price other websites in the future. I order a part for a Maverick truck. My order summary shows it for a F 150 truck. I e mailed twice to make sure it is for a Maverick. Still no answer. So I doubt this will be answered also. I hope the product is better than the service.

So far so good, now if the FEDEX driver will just deliver to our address on 16th AVENUE will be wonderful, much of the time the FEDEX driver takes our items to 3904 16th STREET... big problem, maybe you should high light our address when shipping, make an extra note this is a home in a residential area. NOT A MEDICAL CLINIC.

I ordered my part on 12/02 and received an email that the order was received. That afternoon I received an email station my order has been shipped - with a tracking number. Two days later, 12/04, I check the tracking number and it says "Shipping label created" - "Awaiting carrier pickup". Yes, shipping was free, but I believe it's deceiving to send an email stating "your order has shipped" when, in fact, it has not.

I understand some parts are hard to get in stock but my frustration is that I get daily emails showing that the part I'm interested in I should check it out again implying that it's in. It never is. It seems misleading.

Answer: AT has Install Connect 2 find and schedule a local shop near your location. They let you choose 3 dates and times, and if there are several different truck shops near you, you decide where and when you would like the job to be completed. I found the install price from AT is much cheaper than I could walk off the street and get a price. I know AT will make sure to choose quality shops and get it done right.
