Very disappointed. I haven't received the PCM, just checked and it seems to be on backorder per Holley's email. American Trucks page should say it is out of stock or on "backorder" to be fully transparent. At the end of the day, they are selling a "kit", even if the PCM is coming from Holley. I cannot use the Tuner at all without the PCM, so it is like I have nothing.
I emailed Holley customer service to see how long it will be on Backorder, haven't received a response yet.
I would obviously not ordered it if I knew it would be on Backorder.
I hope this is resolved quickly. I will update if this is possible.
Over the years, I've ordered any parts and accessory for an American truck. Great deal good ideal way to the way to Shop.
Placed order 8/29/25, with expected delivery date of 9/2/25, now checking status has changed to 9/3/25, item stuck in CHATTANOOGA, TN since 8/3/25, not a good way to start a new customer, specially asking for a review 3 times since order was placed, as this is one of the most expensive one's in the market, and using such a undependable shipping company.

Please keep in mind that we do not count weekends as part of the 2-3 day timeframe we advertise, so I apologize if that was misleading in any way. Ordering is easy and well-designed. My only concern is the ability to track your shipment. The website makes finding orders and tracking difficult.

I ordered some Bilstein struts and shocks. Shocks fit fine. Struts seem to Hana been mis-marked at the factory. 1/2" too wide for my F150. Had to have them all removed as I couldn't get another order overnights. Customer Service said or wasn't possible although the Sales guy said it was an option. I paid $325 for that though no mistake of my own. American Truck didn't cover shop fees so I was given a $200 credit. I returned all of the Bilstein products and I hope to get a 100% refund next week. All in all, I guess things are ok. I used up the $200 almost immediately.

I'm in my truck alone. I carry valuables and carry in my truck. This makes me feel better about leaving things in my truck.
