Shipping was fast! It arrived with a scratch or two, but not too noticeable. Felt a little on the cheaper side, but I did order 1 of the cheapest running boards they had. Installed looks pretty damn Good. Great buy!

Ordered a "STAINLESS" steel bumper for a ram pickup. Received bumper and looked perfect. Within 6 months the entire bumper has turned into complete RUST! From one end to the other. Spoke to customer support and was told since it didn't rust within 90 days, nothing they could do for me. How do you sell a product that you know will be completely unusable just outside of the warranty and sleep at night! Absolutely the lowest of lows at this company. Do not ever used unless you like being taken advantage of and lied to.

Bought a set of step bars, almost $260 on 4/18/2021. Said they're powder coated? With what, water colors? They rusting all over in less than a year. No help with warranty but they offered a discount on a 2nd set. Really, like I want another set of these.

I ordered a $435 TRAILER BRAKE kit for a 2019 Ram 1500. I received the start button kitten. I had it back to get the correct parts, and then they sent me the trailer brake kit for the 2019 Ram 1500, what I received was a box of mixed parts some for 2019 some for 2018 and older. The part that was incorrect was $180 and was the very last step of the process. They offered me $80 store credit for that part. This is not a simple install, you have to remove the dash to install the trailer brake controller. You don't know it's wrong until you have already installed all the parts. I was to receive $50 store credit from the initial purchase (I did not receive it) I was to receive a $25 credit for the mess up on sending the wrong parts (I did not receive it) why would I agree to a partial credit for a brand new part that was wrong for my truck. I had to go to the dealship and pay them to complete the install because AT sent me wrong parts (TWICE) and offered to resolve the issue with a half price store credit. What a joke this business is! Now I provide free advertising to all my old and new friends (who also have trucks)! Shame on you American Trucks - you are a fraud! I see they are offering $10 credit for leaving 1 of 5 reviews. Ordered and bed extender and connecting no drill connecting rails. Connecting rails shipped the next day. Bed extender is now backordered 12 WEEKS. Their customer service department refunding the money for the extender but not the rails because they shipping those. Connecting rails do me no good without the extender and when I have the nerve to complain and demand all of my money back the joke of a customer service rep. Hung up on me. Say away from this horrible company

I revived my package and the parts looked used, ontop of that they sent me the wrong parts! I called and had them ship me a new part and asked them to double check to make sure it was the right part and they sent back the same wrong part! Avoid ordering from here!

I purchased 3 open box wheels with minimal damage along with 1 supposedly new wheel and all 4 came with extensive damage.The 3 open box wheels were just shoved down in the cardboard boxes with no plastic or foam wrap to keep the cardboard boxes from rubbing the finish off of the wheels.The brand new wheel arrived bent and cracked in a box that looked like it had been thrown around the warehouse that they put inside of another new box to try and hide it. I was offered a measley little $30 store credit to keep the open box wheels that they caused extensive damage to and sent me a replacement for the cracked and bent new wheel that arrived with scratches and clear coat damage. They offered me a $75 store credit or $37.50 back to my card or could wait another week to send another most likely damaged wheel again.One employee even had the nerve to say "you did buy some open box wheels" as a excuse for damaging them further than described when purchased from them I told them this was not acceptable and they said take it or leave it or can send the 3 open box wheels box and have to pay over $600 out of my pocket to purchase new wheels instead to replace them when it was their fault for carelessly packaging them. They could care less about your purchases or if you ever buy there again and will do whatever benefits their pockets and not yours.Do not buy from this company!

Be careful when ordering from this Company.my order wasn't complete when I received it but they sure toke my $. Nothing on when I'll receive the rest of my order so thanks American Truck for nothing

Please do not order anything from this fly by night company! This company does not deliver as promised and will not compensate for any loss because of their inadequacies. Lied to the entire transaction. Plus they will not be accountable for their shipping through FEDEX. I want to give them a negative rating but I have to give at least one star.

Ordered a brake kit with rotors and pads front and rear. They shipped as separate orders due to weight ( no worries) however I got 3 rotors in time but the 3rd was days late. Would have went to nappa or any other parts store to not lose additional days without a working vehicle. Will never shop here again.

Ordered a lift kit for a Silverado. Was promised 3 day delivery. It took over a week. Finally receive the lift kit. It was my fault for not verifying contents but I take my truck and kit to my local shop. They disassemble my truck and open the box to find a ring and pinion kit for a Mustang. I called customer service explained the problem and asked they overnight me my lift kit and I would get the ring and pinion returned before that same day. They told me they could only send the lift kit through the standard process that it originally took a week to receive and that overnighting my kit was not an option for them (but it surely was when I purchased my first kit). I paid for 2 day shipping and did not receive my order on time. American Trucks refused me a refund and the agent Nichole was very upset that I asked to speak to her Supervisor and left me on hold for 24 minutes. So I'm stuck having to spend money twice because American Trucks could not deliver and refused me a refund! Truck owners beware!

I ordered 4 tires. I noticed when the shipping confirmation was sent it stated the wrong size. I called immediately and was told by customer service to ignore that because they use item numbers and assured me the correct size tires were shipped. Tires arrive, they are of course the wrong size. I call immediately and was told they weren't sure what happened and would send out a replacement set once FedEx had possession of the tires. I explained that there must be an issue with the item numbers sent and explained all of the issues I saw and expressed that I was worried about the same incorrect tires being sent a second time. The customer service rep assured me that the correct tires would be sent and said he was also putting a note for the warehouse to see to ensure the correct tires were shipped. The incorrect tires arrived for a second time. I refused the shipment and called customer service. I was told a manger would call me back. After 6 hours of no return phone call, I started emailing, calling and posting on social media, finally a manger called me back. He did find the issue, it was exactly as I thought, the item numbers were incorrectly labeled on the company's end. I was offered 3 tires ( all they had in stock), and no date as to when the 4th tire would ship. I explained that vehicles needed 4 tires, 3 did not help me at all. The rep then tried to sell me tires that were in stock, but were double and triple the price. I requested a refund. At that point I was told the refund could not be processed until the tires were in their possession. I explained that I refused the delivery so they were never in my possession and I requested the refund be processed immediately. I was told no and it could take a while to get my refund. Not acceptable. Do not do business with this company.

I purchased after market bumpers. Front one came damaged. Sent it back and they tried to give me the exact same one. Finally got what I paid for. It's been 3 months and the rear bumper has rust all over it ($750). Poor powder coat. They denied accountability. Unethical poor business practice, terrible customer service and products. STAY AWAY!
