Pay for a new product received a return that they ship back out. Tried to contact them they acted like it was my fault offered a credit for in-store will never shop there ever again. I asked how hard is it to put a return label in the new box and send it. Not easy to deal with terrible customer service ask for a phone call to speak with an individual says they do not have phones. So I asked how can you email take Internet orders but do not have a phone. Buyer beware shop around I am sure there are better companies to deal with than American trucks.

At the time of purchase could not see if product was excepted and available on my account. Text customer service and in 20 seconds problem was resolved.NO RUN AROUND! Extremely quick response exceptional service
The web site was very easy to navigate, and the prices for parts I needed was better than other sites I had visited. I haven't received the parts yet, but I'm very pleased so far.
Unethical and terrible business. They will list parts on their website as in stock and take your money, even when those parts are back ordered with no ETA on when they will be available. Worse yet, they won't even tell you that the part is back ordered, you will eventually just reach out to them wondering why your part hasn't shipped, and you will learn about it then. I went through this process, then spent an hour chatting with their customer service, transferred to four different people. After supposedly refunding my money, they still as of today owe me $225 in gift cards that were used on the original purchase, and that they cannot figure out how or refuse to get back to me. I then reached out three separate times to their customer service email account, requesting to speak to a supervisor so that I can show them the chat log from my interaction with their team, and I was denied all three times by low level customer service associates, refusing to let me speak to a supervisor. I've never in my life been denied a request to speak to a supervisor, especially not by a business that owes me hundreds of dollars. It is unbelievable. Do yourself a favor and do not give this business a cent of your money.

I was looking for new headlights for my 2006 Ford F-150. The navigation and filters tools on the website were very easy to use and the pictures of the product really clarified what I was lookign for.
With the help of Customer Support, I was able to select the correct item for my truck.
This company is terrible. I ordered a new intake and when I received it the box had a giant hole in it. When I opened it it was clear the product was either used or someone decided to open the box, take everything out, and throw it back in. When I installed it I noticed more damage and decided to call them. They gave me in store credit which I accepted because I didn't want to take everything back off the truck. Im upset because they're sending products they're calling "new" but are clearly not. That's fraud. If you order from this company and the box arrives with any dama at all refuse shipment immediately and get your money back and run.
