Upon recovering my order i received two different color head light housings. I call for the correct ones to be sent and I'm told i have to submit pics and wait 48 hours for someone to contact me. 2 weeks later and i still haven't had anyone reach out. You call their "customer service" and basically get an answering service with saying an email will be sent to you within 48 hours to address your problem. Now to the point i just want a full refund. Trying to get an RMA is like pulling teeth! Don't waste your time!

Easy to use site, products arrived as described will use again
In early October, I ordered a set of leather seat covers for my new-to-me F250. The item was "in stock" and was to be received within a couple weeks... A couple weeks passed and I was notified the seat covers would not be available until December. After having to call their customer service to cancel the order I (shame on me) went back to the American Trucks website and found another set of leather seat covers that was "in stock" and would be delivered by Halloween, so I placed another order. Yesterday, I was notified these covers were delayed and would be shipped in December...

Lights are just like oem which is what I wanted, it did not however come with headlight's. I would have ordered new ones if I would have known ( not a big deal though I just used the ones from the old headlights). The tabs that hold the chrome trim around the DS head light were broken (possibly due to shipping). There's quite a bit of play in that piece, so hopefully it doesn't come off. The headlights seem to be good quality and identical to oem.
