I have tried to pay using PayPal on different occasions and was never able to have the payment go through. I think it's because American Trucks offers Affirm and does not want to disappoint them. If I could use PayPal, I would be saving on interest and would be making more purchases. Just think about it American Truck! This is the reason for the 4 stars.
I took the liberty of spoiling my Silverado with American Trucks because of the great options to choose from. Prices were very reasonable. Website was easy to access and understand. Checkout was fast and easy. Love it

I ordered a new bed cover for my truck yesterday, Sunday, from American Trucks; I was impressed with my experience. By the end of the day I had confirmation that the cover had been shipped, FedEx also sent confirmation that the package was in their hands and was in route. I normally don't expect this kind of service on a Sunday. In addition, the website is great, I really liked the fact that installation before the order was included on their website.
The part I ordered didn't fit my 2016 f150 door handle. I called and ask the rep to help me find the correct 1 just to make sure I didn't make a mistake by choosing the wrong 1. The rep said I purchased the correct 1 but for some reason it was to small.

By far one of the best sites i have encountered. It has everything well organized by category and make and model of my vehicle. It also has a variety of parts for my truck even when its an older model.
I love the amount and array of parts and upgrades. I also love the detailed videos on parts, install and reviews. Always great customer service and prompt delivery.
Needs better vehicles fit information specific fit needed for type of mirror this needs to notify that must have existing mirror type.
Shipping is painfully slow. USPS mail would have been 5 days faster.

I was told I'd have my package by monday and now tracking says Wednesday getting it on monday was 9ne the reasons I bought this product. But have ordered alot of stuff from American truck and that's never happened before over all real good experience
I was so overwhelmed with the site! I was very happy with the customer service dept. Fast shipping…. What more can you ask for!
Customer service is extremely poor. It's a crapshoot whether you'll get your product on time or in my case a week and a half later.
3/31 Ordered a pair of rotors. Promise date was 4/4. One arrived on 4/5. I called AT on 4/5 about the one delayed at Fedex. They said they would investigate. On 4/6 I received AT email explaining that they were waiting on Fedex to get back to them and that it could take three days. 4/7 I called AT and complained that I was having to wait 3 days and suggested they send a replacement then. They refused. Truck is down so I ordered a replacement while on the phone with their rep w/o having to wait for AT and Fedex. 4/8 I got the order confirmation and saw AT actually charged me shipping for the replacement because it was under their free shipping threshold. I called AT again and spoke to manager. No recourse. To make matters worse they waited until 4:15 PM to pick and create the FEDEX label. So the ETA of the rotor is now 4/13 and the manager said it will probably be a "day or two" after that. He admitted they have had shipping issues. I'll never, never do business with this company again.

Answer: Yes, go a web search for the product you want. There are many other websites that want your business and have great customer service. American Trucks does not.
