Had problems with a set of mirrors and had to be exchanged three times before the matter was resolved. A replacement was sent out before I sent the order back to America Truck. It took some time to get it right but they did it.

Ordered painted bumper, recieved in 3 days, paint was worn off on corner, rounded parts are not well finished at all, surface rust. If it wasn't for a work truck, it would be returned, shouldn't have to work on a new bumper
I always go on this site for new parts. Tried ordering some headers for $680 and paid $100 for overnight shipping. 3 days later the item still hasn't shipped so I have to get a refund on the overnight shipping. Then again I wait another 4 days, for the free 3 days shipping, and to find it still hasn't even been shipped yet. So I try to get a refund ((the product hasn't even shipped 7 days prior to ordering)) but they say I can't get a refund until the product is received although the product has not yet been shipped. It's just been a headache and a lot of time wasted, don't fall for the "free 3 day shipping" advertisement under the product, they will make you wait weeks before even shipping the product. I would recommend ordering your products through someone else to avoid stress and to receive your product WHEN THEY SAY YOU WILL.

I ordered an exhaust from the open box deals section. After processing payment and waiting a few weeks without recieving item or any info I contacted AT customer support. They were friendly, but told me that the open box item wasn't in stock anymore, even though it was when I paid for it. What they should of done was sent me a new one for wasting my time and not contacting me at all. Instead the just refunded my payment and gave me a $15 voucher. That was not the right thing to do for the customer to make it right. They should have said: Sorry that's our fault, we will send you a new item instead and have it shipped right out. I will buy an exhaust and other stuff for my truck elsewhere after that experience.

Quick and easy order, and the price is right... my order for a license plate lock was shipped next day.
I am very big into online shopping and research. The website was very Thorough with pictures and sizes and possible modification requirements. I was able to determine immediately what I was looking for as well as any doubts I had of the correct part.
Very fast shipping, however the box was very badly damaged, one whole end of the box was crushed and ripped open, contents looked ok as far as i can tell.
