Great job finding my items for my truck they had alot of parts that other stores don't have
Called for help to order my husband some gifts, the man on the phone was very pleasant and helpful.
Had a order come in that was missing some items. I Was well taken care of thanks so much.
Shopping was great shipping was prompt.
Product was not best quality. Had two tack welds broken and lots of scratched spots on the paint for the brackets that I touched up so it's not exposed metal.
Parts listed wrong on their website. Parts guy built the list for me. Part failed. Can't get anyone to help called multiple times. Passed around. No management at all.
Use anyone else but fedex. They are the least dependable shipper. I never get my orders on time and there tracking is very delayed.
Quick delivery. Will continue to buy parts for my truck you guys.
Great hard cover, easy to install, I would recommend this product. Order and shipping were great, Great company to deal with. Sales rep was very helpful.
Hub assembly came from them defective. It was throwing error codes on my f-150 after installing their product. Emailed their support and they said I need to take it to a mechanic. Replaced the wire with the oem one and cleared the codes. No more issues now. American trucks wouldn't do anything to help. I won't be purchasing from them again.

I ordered a pair of morimoto fog lights on 10/22/24 which had an estimated delivery of 10/28. Now that delivery date has been pushed back to 12/5/24? If this is just a weird bug I understand and would give 5/5 stars. If this is the true delivery date I am very disappointed

I bought the low profile window vents for my pickup. They were very easy to install and I don't have to worry about them flying off going down the road. I'd recommend you get the in channel ones for that reason. 😉

Wrong part will not fit bolt holes do not line up.

Ordered a tuner from these guys. It Came in the mail fairly timely and I had it professionally installed at a local shop. Computer and tuner were reading faulty and did not work at all. I called American trucks and they said I needed to call the manufacturer for support. I called the manufacturer and after 4 hours of being on the phone it was determined the item to be faulty. They advised me since I ordered from American trucks that I needed to call them to return it. I called American trucks back and was told that I can not return or exchange it. So I emailed thinking maybe I'd get someone different and a different answer. So here I am with a $682 paper weight. Customer service is absolutely atrocious and they basically stole $682 from me and won't stand behind and item that they sell!

Order arrived in timely manner. Only sent 3 of the rims. Contacted customer service about it and the sent the other one next day. Very happy with my purchase. Rims looks great on my 2016 F150.
