Ordered a brake kit with rotors and pads front and rear. They shipped as separate orders due to weight ( no worries) however I got 3 rotors in time but the 3rd was days late. Ordered a lift kit for a Silverado. Was promised 3 day delivery. It took over a week. Finally receive the lift kit. It was my fault for not verifying contents but I take my truck and kit to my local shop. They disassemble my truck and open the box to find a ring and pinion kit for a Mustang. I called customer service explained the problem and asked they overnight me my lift kit and I would get the ring and pinion returned before that same day. I paid for 2 day shipping and did not receive my order on time. American Trucks refused me a refund and the agent Nichole was very upset that I asked to speak to her Supervisor and left me on hold for 24 minutes. So I'm stuck having to spend money twice because American Trucks could not deliver and refused me a refund! Truck owners beware!
I ordered 4 tires. I noticed when the shipping confirmation was sent it stated the wrong size. I called immediately and was told by customer service to ignore that because they use item numbers and assured me the correct size tires were shipped. Tires arrive, they are of course the wrong size. I call immediately and was told they weren't sure what happened and would send out a replacement set once FedEx had possession of the tires. I explained that there must be an issue with the item numbers sent and explained all of the issues I saw and expressed that I was worried about the same incorrect tires being sent a second time. The customer service rep assured me that the correct tires would be sent and said he was also putting a note for the warehouse to see to ensure the correct tires were shipped. The incorrect tires arrived for a second time. I refused the shipment and called customer service. I was told a manger would call me back. After 6 hours of no return phone call, I started emailing, calling and posting on social media, finally a manger called me back. He did find the issue, it was exactly as I thought, the item numbers were incorrectly labeled on the company's end. I was offered 3 tires ( all they had in stock), and no date as to when the 4th tire would ship. I explained that vehicles needed 4 tires, 3 did not help me at all. The rep then tried to sell me tires that were in stock, but were double and triple the price. I requested a refund. At that point I was told the refund could not be processed until the tires were in their possession. I explained that I refused the delivery so they were never in my possession and I requested the refund be processed immediately. I was told no and it could take a while to get my refund. Not acceptable. Do not do business with this company.

Purchased a tonneau cover in April 2021 and it always leaked a little bit but not terrible. But now some of the seals and gaskets are falling apart and the leaks have turned into flooding. I contact American Truck and they do stand behind their products at all after 30 days! They tried to tell me to go to auto parts store and buy some weather striping to fix it myself. Worst $700 i have ever spent! Stay far away from American Trucks! You have been warned.
Hello, I ordered and paid for a Borla exhaust system for my 10yr old F150 Nov. 26th. I explained to the salesperson that I was leaving for a trip south for winter soon and wanted to increase my gas mileage. He also suggested a stainless system to insure longevity.He assured me that it was in Stock and I would have it in a week. I lined up local help to install for me because I'm 73 yrs old disabled. Well it never showed up so I called Dec. 10 and was told it was direct ship from Borla and I would get it March 2022! I Called Borla and they have it in Stock and could deliver in 4 days. Problem was American Trucls never sent Borla the $! I called Americantrucks back and asked for my $ to be refunded because they never planned on sending product... they didn't have it to sell! I haven't received my $ yet. Thanks so much for listening... I hope it helps other folks, disabled Seniors especially.
Ordered an intake for a 2017 sierra, 400$
Got it that Friday, pulled my truck in the shop took the old intake off and was putting the new one on, should have paid more attention because I was sent the wrong intake. For a 2014-2016 sierra. Immediately called, talked to a fella named Justin, would not put a supervisor on the phone for me. I'm not one to complain or write negative reviews. But when something is clearly their fault, they should atleast eat some of a loss and send the CORRECT overnight. But no, they said they couldn't do anything for other than wait for FedEx to pick up my intake and when it got scanned they would send the new one. So whatever hands tied at this point cause it would take longer for a refund of my money. Said I would have the correct one by Tuesday.
Saturday morning fedex picked up the package. To send back, nothing from.the company, called them. They said they can't do nothing yet cause it hadn't been scanned. The Monday I called back. Apparently fedex didn't put return label on.the box so it circled back around to me. Me having to call fedex amd track the package down doing all the legwork trying to either get my package or my money. With little to no help from this company. Finally Tuesday the package gets marked from fedex it is being sent back to sender, today is thrusday. No word from the company. No compensation for the hassles. No offer for a fast shipping time. Nothing.
Checked the tracking on the new intake and was suppose to be here Friday. Checked again today. Now it is saying Sunday.

I purchased open box fender flares only because they were described as "like new." They are not like new, one is warped and does not sit flush against the vehicle. And now I can only get a store credit because it was an open box. I will not do business again with a garbage company that misleads its customers.

I recently placed an order for headlights and never received them. They refused to give me a refund or send me a replacement until I filed a police report. Why would I have the police come all the way to my house for a missing package when they have more important things to do! The problem is between FedEx and American Trucks since FedEx states that they delivered them, but they never arrived at my house, I even have cameras and no package was ever delivered. Don't order from here it is a waste of money and no one will try to help you.

Ordered running boards for my new 2021 Silvarado, $700.00. When they showed up I noticed 3 of the 8 brackets were damaged. I ordered an undercover swing case storage for my 2018 f150. The item was an open box and stated that was in great condition with no missing parts. I received my package which only contained a single bracket. The cost for the item was 100$. The company completely falsely advertised what i was purchasing and sent me a bracket worth no more than 5$.
I just don't have anything positive to say about my experience with this company. Very dodgy, employees contradicting themselves and trying to deny false advertising. Had I not screen shotted my experience it would probably not be believed. I had to submit my screen shot even though there were recorded conversations where one employee admitted it was wrong but then back tracked on telling me when they said "what's in your box" and it said (4) OEM grade Ubolts, that it meant I use what's on my truck!?!?
The supervisor said he couldn't go off a phone recording because there would be no way of knowing that his employee was looking at the correct product even though all that was in the recording. Took a week to get a call back after several phone calls and being on hold numerous times, one of which was 40mins+ but I knew I needed to stand my ground after the first call regarding the issue and the employee was being very dodgy. I will include where I screen shotted what they advertised, and then a screen shot of the problem they fixed and that the supervisor was not going to acknowledge unless I actually had a screen shot.
