I bought the pulsar LT and needed some help and every time I attempted to get in touch with someone they were quick to respond and work things out.
I had leftover credit from returning a previous product and used it towards a oil catch can for my F150. It was a rather easy and simple procedure to purchase the product and the catch can came around the time they said it would. The only problem I have is the oil catch can is mainly for mustangs and not F150's as the support mount is mounted next to the strut tower which is an impossibility for the F150 so I had to improvise and created a second mount that goes across the battery and uses the battery hood down bolt (not very tight but isn't meant to be as I just want it to prevent shaking and harsh vibrations). Other than that I'm hoping it does its job and catches all the unwanted particles from going back into the intake.

It didn't fit my truck right it turned on a bunch of sensor lites on my dash and bought the truck last week and been in the shop since! Had a plastic elbow broke in the package asking for a refund

Leveling blocks were well made everything fit. Was just a little too high to level my 2015 lariat out but that's my fault.
After receiving the tail light covers, I was excited to install them and see them on my truck. I followed all the instructions, which were simple and easy to follow, and had them installed in no amount of time. After having them on my truck for a week, one of the covers fell off while I was diving on the highway. I contacted AT for a replacement cover and was told it was customer install error and instead of sending me a replacement, they would only give me a $15 in store voucher. It is a $100 part that their Velcro didn't keep in place and they are only offering $15 in store voucher. Terrible! Buyer beware! Scam!

Ordered an air filter for My Ford truck, when it arrived it was totally damaged. I called immediately and was told another was going out ASAP, there was some confusion 2 returns were generated, result it was around a week later I received my new filter. Went on a long driving trip and needed that filter. New filter is fine, price is fine, but time frame was lousy!

I ordered a cool air intake directly from the manufacturer and after 2 weeks was still being told my order was on backorder, I gave up and cancelled the order. I then found the same intake on American Trucks for the same price with a guaranteed delivery in 3 days. I thought no way can they get it to me in 3 days when the manufacturer couldn't get it to me in over 2 weeks I ordered on the 14th received my order like advertised on the 17th and got a cool flashlight for free as a gift. I'll be checking with American Trucks first on all my mods from now on. Thanks guys.
Website was easy to use and reviews were help full. The exhaust it self was easy to install and looks good for clamp ons. Sounds just how I wanted much better then stock nice and deep and not overly loud. Great product for the price.
Can't open tailgate after installed. Can't see lights. Must return.
