This is the second time I've purchased from American Trucks and never an issue with my orders or the quality of their products.

Good parts and prices. Selection and wide array of options.

Was the easiest purchase thank you so much and was exactly what we ordered.

I had previously bought a cheaper brand and it had gaps all around. I returned and ordered this from AT and it fit perfect. Easy install and makes the truck look way meaner and more aggressive. I guess you get what you pay for and you can't go wrong at all here with the product from AT. Definitely will be buying more from this site.

I ordered five items from them on Wednesday Sept. 14th 2022, a couple days later, I found out that one of the items (a pair of headlights) that said on their website would be delivered in 3-10 days had an expected shipping date of 9/28/22 (14 days after order). So, on Friday, 9/16/22 I called and talked to a gentleman in Customer Service to Cancel the order. I was told that since the item wasn't shipped, I would immediately get my money back in my bank account. So, being told that, I ordered another set of headlights that cost $100 more. I went about my day. Sunday evening I found out that I was overdrawn on my bank account. I also found out on Monday 9/19 at 4:15 pm eastern time that my order wasn't cancelled and the headlights were being shipped. I immediately called customer service back and was told that " I couldn't get my refund from the other lights until the original lights that I ordered came to my house and then I return them". I explained my situation that I was overdrawn on my bank because of being lied to back on that previous Friday so, the customer service lady that I was talking to put me on hold to go talk to her supervisor. She explained to him what was going on and he told her that I would not be getting a refund until the other lights were returned even though I canceled the order back on Friday. So, what did they do? Add insult to injury by offering me a $25 voucher. I told them that that wouldn't even cover my overdraft fees. It's ridiculous! They tell you one thing then do another. Also, the supervisor never got on the phone with me even though I requested to speak to him. They just lost an over $4000. 00 order of a lift, rims, tires and a Superchips Flashcal all because they wouldn't budge on a $124.99 pair of headlights to save me from a $34 insufficient funds fee. Oh, and I even told them that I would only need $80 to cover the overdraft and they said the best they could do was $40! Never Again! They just lost a customer for life and I will let everyone I know not to EVER order from them!

I can always find what I need on this site and upgrades I want with quick shipping.

Easy to install instructions, everything fit as it should. It's a nice clean look. Will definitely be ordering more parts in the near future.

Great product on time easy setup great sound was a great purchase

I ordered the Husky wheel well liners for a 2020 2500 HD. They were very difficult to put in. The holes did not line up and the bottom next to the rock fender does not fit right. Unfortunately I did some modifications and can't return. Still not happy but they will do.

Up load was fast. Easy to install and works great.

I ordered some towing mirrors and some new smoked out oem taillights. I ordered them on a Sunday. The taillights came Tuesday and the mirrors came Wednesday. Shipping was fast and I just love American Truck products!

Delivery would have been rated higher and is probably not a result of your doing. But the carrier designated with the delivery was very unreliable. Package was delayed a couple of times. Received package well after the date that was indicated when purchased. Again no fault on your company. Parts in the package were damaged but I had other parts available to replace what was broken. As for the product that was purchased, I am very pleased with the product. Although the side markers are designed incorrectly and have no way to fully attach to the vehicle, but with a little effort was able adapt them to be attached.
