Was looking for subtle factory looking running boards. The h style for a Chevy 2500 fit the bill as per the description, but the pictures of them mounted on my exact truck proved the description was definantly what I wanted and made up my mind, knew exactly what I was getting as how they would look!
Ordered and paid for a complete powerstop brake kit in stock. Wake up to cancelled order and told you don't have that kit anymore but is still listed over Google searches as in stock and that price! Seems fishy to me
Just don't understand why it's showing my order to arrive on feb 2 and not ship till January 31? Just wondering if I missed or read something different because I thought it said on your website it's supposed to ship after 3 to 5 business days after order has been processed? Thanks

My recent purchase from American Trucks was incredibly easy. I was looking for a set of step rails for my Ram 2500. American Trucks selection was massive. After making a selection, a installation video detailed how to install. Any possibility of fitment or installation failure was removed. I'll be looking for all my truck accessories at America Trucks

Saved thousands by changing out spark plugs, coil packs, and wires in my driveway. Better parts than FoMoCo for cheaper and had the Raptor running smoother and stronger than ever in a fraction of the time it would take a shop. Don't get ripped off!
Was hung up on, trying to hold for a supervisor. Then when the supervisor called me back, just left $50 on my account without my order that was canceled. Needed these for Thursday to get the truck on the road. I have bought many things from this company over the years and I will never do it again. Don't care about the customer, I have a paid receipt of the product I purchased. Order was already on the way with Fedex. Im going to the BBB next and will not stop till you wake up that your customers are what drives your business. Don't ignore them or their calls. Went to another company and they over nighted my parts to me, when I told them how I was treated by American Trucks
We got a call the day after our purchase from a live agent confirming our order and letting us know that it would be shipping. We also got a prompt email/text from the delivery company. Everything was flawless. Only a couple of hours to install and well worth the money. We had some great help while deciding which snowplow to purchase using the online chat. Will use again in the future!
