I am overall happy with my purchase. But there is a significant scratch on one of my wheels. Pretty disappointing due to how deep it is.

No open box item it said there was a coupon code but one did not show up
I was fortunate to receive an American Truck catalog for my Ram truck since I had a mishap on my passenger side mirror. I contacted American Truck and was assisted by Andrew D. Who was very helpful and made sure I was ordering the correct part. The part arrived well-packed and once installed it was just like the OEM part it replaced. I highly recommend ordering parts from American Trucks because they are high quality and excellent fit.
So far so good. No complaints here. Still waiting for my order I just placed.
American trucks has been the one stop shop for all my truck accessories and upgrades I have been looking for. I love that they break down fitment to the trim of the truck. I will definitely continue to purchase from them.
The entire process of ordering to delivery was very satisfying. The installation video was a huge help with the installation of my new bed cover. I will be ordering more from American Trucks in the future.
This is the second time I have ordered an item from American trucks. Both times it took weeks and sometimes months to recieve the order. I still haven't received this order and it was put in Oct 29th. Hopefully it will come soon.
The first power steering gear box I received was damaged due to poor packaging. The gear box must weigh about 40 or 50 pounds. The only padding in the box was a very thin layer of styrofoam that looked like a cheap cooler you would buy night crawlers in to go fishing. The box, the styrofoam and the first gear box were pretty beat up when UPS dropped it off. I called American Truck customer service and they were great to deal with. I sent a few pics to them and they sent a new one out (got it in two days). Unfortunately….the shipping method was the same. The box was mangled as well as the foam insulation inside. I normally purchase my parts from Rock Auto and know the parts will be packaged and shipped properly. I was shocked to see how American Truck cuts corners on their packaging for shipping. I took a risk and had the gear box installed and so far it is working as it should. Not sure I would buy from them again know what I know now.

I apologize for the way your items arrived shipping from our warehouse this is certaintly not a good customer service expierence and not something we aim for. I have ordered from AT several times and each time the process & description of products were spot on. I ordered from the open box section & AT advised that the wheels would have scratches & scrapes. The condition of the wheels I received would have been sold as new at other shops. Great job AT!

I will continue to shop at American Trucks. However, the instructions sent to me for my HD Modular Brush Guard for my 2020 Ram 1500 Big Horn was not sufficient for me to complete the install in the timely manor and effort that the site claims. I love the product though, and I believe it will be durable. Just the instructions are horrible. Please fix. I'm sure it will help future customers. Thanks!

Thankful that American Trucks had the parts I needed in a short timeframe and was looking forward to getting installed on my 2023 Ram Power Wagon!
Boxes arrived with rips/holes in them, luckily everything was there. Not really on AT. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5.
Nothing has been made right...I have called numerous times...paid for 2 day shipping which was refunded...but you cancelled replacement because you seen movement on package that was already deemed lost from Fed Ex...they posted a delivery this past Friday and was 4 minutes from my shop and never received package.

I apologize for the delay with your original shipment, I do see that the tracking shows movement as of today and expected delivery date today 10/28, if you do not receive your order by end of today and there is no update tomorrow we will follow our lost package process again. Unfortunately since the tracking showed movement we cannot file a claim with fed ex since it is still technically "in transit" we have no control once it is with the carrier. I completely understand your frustration with this though and ensure you we will do all we can to get you your product. In the mean time I am going to follow through with this again tomorrow 10/29 and will give you a call.
