I ordered the wrong parts for my 2021 ram 1500 classic warlock
Really fast shipping. The parts were a perfect fit and easy to install!
Great part but came damaged! Box was destroyed and the skid plate was damaged. Had to use a rubber mallet to straighten out bent pieces! Since it was going under my truck was not worried about scratches! I would be extremely concerned on buying something that damaged parts would not work
Couldn't find the Eibach 1" rear blocks anywhere but AT. Lift installer said they went in perfectly and were just what these rigs need with a leveling kit.
The exhaust was just a little louder than I expected, but it sounds damn good when the 5.0 is moving those V8 notes thru this system! About 3 hour install by myself!

I love getting everything for my truck, from American Trucks. Anything and everything that I need from maintenance needs, to upgrades, I know I can get great quality parts, within a few days from order to my front door. I have bought many things for my 2012 Ram and have been satisfied with every purchase and every install video that they have.
My 2014 Ram 1500 has heated, power folding, electronic adjustable, mirrors with turn signals and puddle lights. Due a plastic motor gear failure the passenger mirror had to be replaced. OEM part was listed $1250 through the dealership (didn't include installation) and I was told it will be discontinued. This is a ridiculous price and long term parts support given the shear number of these trucks on the road. Anyway, AT provided me with an excellent replacement part at a reasonable price and to be delivered in a good time frame. Once installed and operational, I'll submit an additional review of fit and function.
It was not that bad installing myself after reading the instructions 4-5 times and watching install video it turned out good works great LED light looks good also saved about $500 in install fees. You need to be some what mechanical inclined to perform task and have a few tools for the job.

The amount of spam emails that came between the time we ordered and 5 fricken minutes after it was delivered (asking for a review of how well it worked) is beyond ridiculous. Take a chill.

Great customer service. The only thing is the delivery was pushed back and I had to cancel my apt for installation. Now it's going to take 3 weeks to get it installed.

Jan 8th Order was placed and UPS Tracking info was posted. However, after several days of no updates, I reached out on Sunday and Tech indicated it was lost. So he provided a "new" transaction to fulfill order.
Somehow on the 14th, the original order tracking showed shipment from Arlington, TX and delivered yesterday.
I reached back out to AT to verify if I need to ship original order back in lieu of replacement order.
This was clarified yesterday evening that they took replacement off my Account.
Parts were what I needed to lower my running boards for easier access, had to drill extra holes to install but was not difficult. Brackets were good quality and I am well satisfied.
My order has not been shipped yet and I paid for 1 day delivery. If it isn't going to be a 1 day delivery then I expect a refund for the 1 day delivery.
