Install went well, make sure you chase the factory stud threads with a 8x1.25mm die. Otherwise the studies or the nuts may strip. The door jam covers I got were disappointing. They are hard to apply.

I needed a set of springs for my 2014 F350 to put a 4 inch lift and got on there web site and spoke with an expert employee that told me what I needed and sent me the information. I ordered them Friday afternoon late and today my order has already been shipped. There is a lot more I plan to do with this F350 and there is no doubt all the parts will come from here.
I had one brpken tail light on my F-150 from vandalism. I checked the selection at American Trucks and found an almost identical light. I ordered a pair of lights and they fit and looked light OEM. Very satisfied. Also ordered a pair of high intensity reverse lights and they are great!

I used the website's fitting tool to ensure the floor mats I purchased would fit my vehicle. They did not fit the vehicle. When I processed the return, I have to upload photos of the mat not fitting my vehicle? This extra step is cumbersome and onerous. I would have thought that using the fitting tool would ensure the products I purchase would fit my truck.
Customer service stated the Decal company did not specify whether it was for a short bed or long bed. Started the return process and never received an RA. Had to go to the credit card company and contest the charge.

Went to install and after bolting in the front piece and working my way from the rear piece back to the front I noticed the front piece of pipe was to long and could not line up with the muffler. After measuring it was 11 inches to long and could not be cut for fitment due to the bend in the pipe. Had to cut off the front piece of pipe from my stock exhaust that was the right length and bend to marry it to the two new sections to make it all fit. Over all pleased with the sound of the product and the quality of it but disappointed that it wasn't truly and bolt on and go as advertised.
