Was a little tricky due to the fact that on my 2018 Dodge 3500 there is a resistor on the passenger side light that has to wired in to the new harness so that the taillight will work. It was on the black and green wire and have to splice into them for the light to work.
First time shopping with American trucks and will be the last time. I placed an order with multiple items and one of which was a grill shudder for an f150. I've purchased with American muscle and appreciate the quick shipping so I decided to try this site out. Not only the package received was wrong, they told me I had to send in the incorrect package (which was a running board set, that was 10ft long, definitely not a grill) but only then they would send my correct part. The process also took another 48hrs. I had ordered for my customer and told him I'd be done by the weekend, and now I cannot get him taken care of in time.
Not very good customer service in my opinion.

Ordered available wheels from the website only to be told they were no longer avaliable-discontinued. This after charging our credit card. I gave 2 stars since I appreciate that they will give a refund without any hassel. But why go thru it at all? Why have discontinued items on the site at all. Now I have to start over.

Sent me 2 MT's and 2 AT's. Getting them to swap the improper AT's has been a nightmare. And now I'm on the hook to get the two AT's to the nearest FEDEX. This has been a drag for over a week and I need to get the new tires on my truck. Terrible service!

I placed my order which was listed on the site. You cancelled my order with no reasoning behind it. My PayPal account shows a charge for this order still. You should either honor the order or provide some fair compensation.

Item got delivered to different state of no fault of my own and now im waiting for item to get returned to get refund or replace, should have sent me replacement the day it was delivered to a whole different state and i try telling them it was not right when i checked shipping just told me it was in transit. It sure was going the opposite direction

The business was quick and easy, but I ordered the specific part from this business because I got the same thing two years ago and was happy with it, but this one belongs in the trash. I bought a side mirror and the mirror belongs in a carnival Funhouse. It is so difficult to see out of. Quality isnt worth the $50+ i paid.

American Trucks shipped the wrong item and then required me to find a FedEx drop box instead of them picking up the wrong item at my house. Wont ship what I ordered until they receive the wrong item back. Won't buy from them again.

I bought a replacement driver side mirror and upon installing...the turn signal works, the step light works...but it wont fold in as it should.
