Overall from looking at all the goodies for my truck and the videos both about the product and it's installation are over the top and the videos are for both novice and the pros

I had an interesting experience with the web site ordering. I added an item to my cart. I then went to checkout. I chose to pay with Apple Pay. As soon as the transaction completed I was informed my payment processed but unfortunately it was for $2,000 above the price of what was in my cart. I checked the order and somehow 4 other items for a completely different truck ended up on my invoice.
Here's the great news. I called customer service. They responded quickly and were able to correct the order for me within minutes. It is so nice to be able to speak to a human in a situation like this. Thank you for being one of the few companies that still have a human customer service contact center. Well done.

Like the fact, they give you information as they receive it from the shipper and check on you to make sure you have received it. You were satisfied. Thank you for a great easy and awesome process.

I ordered the RedRock Under Seat Storage Box (15-25 F-150 SuperCrew) SKU: T******* after returning the other "RedRock Under Seat Storage Box" SKU: T*******, which wasn't even RedRock-branded and didn't fit my 2023 F-150 STX. American Trucks processed the return without any issues, but the new one doesn't fit my model truck properly either. I made it work, but the screws don't fit the holes in the underseat bracket and the dimensions are slightly off. The website says it should fit, but even the instructions indicate it only fits model years up to 2020. The construction of the storage bins feels cheap as well. Since I made it work, I'll give it two stars but I'd recommend passing on this one and getting something else for under seat.

Great product at a reasonable price. Makes lowering the tailgate so much easier now. Should have gotten one sooner. Highly recommend this product.

As a big fan, I love the way American Trucks can display your truck make model and color to give you a real time feel of what an item would look like before buying. Customer Service is outstanding when things get shipped and there is a part broken. They are fast and attentive. Thank you!

Ordered the AEM cold air intake and received it this past Monday February 10th. Was looking forward to installing it yesterday only to find the tubing dented and scratched after opening the box. It looked as if someone had previously tried installing it in their truck, with the dent, scratches and wear and tear on it. Only to put it back in the box and ship it to me. Contacted American Truck about it where I have sent pictures of the product and box. Now I have to wait for AT to contact me via phone and ask me questions regarding the product and box. Almost seems as if they are questioning whether I did this or not. Now I have to wait a couple more weeks for a new intake, (hopefully)! This will likely be my last purchase from AT.

Quick delivery and easy to install. Nice finish as well. Clamps feel like they could be more robust.
