I called in to double check on the price I saw and spoke with a Gary. He was very helpful and explained everything about it. He made me feel like we were old friends not like a sales person just trying to make a commission..

I have not received the part yet.Willgive a review when I get the valve and install it.I did pay for two day shipping.
Relieved the console safe, installed it per the directions. I decided on the half safe that way I could still utilize half of the storage in the center console. The safe has plenty of room for multiple handguns, mags, money...whatever you need to lock up. Not to mention the shipping was fast.
Received my throttle controller...install instructions read like a 5th grader from a non English speaking country wrote them...not to mention there's absolutely zero info on 'automatic' mode.
Customer service didn't know their $#*! from their elbow,.couldn't provide any help other than regurgitation product info from the website...so basically unable to answer technical questions...and stonewalled when I asked to connect with someone who could help...
And these jokers emailed me twice daily after my order...just to sell me more.
I'll find another site to spen my money with,...you guys are worse than terrible.
I hope what I ordered is what I need. Most parts / products have a few pictures. These parts are from Ford, so the lack of details can be blamed on them too.
The lack of delivery information is also disappointing.

The first item I ordered was back ordered, they let me know right away. I was able to easily refund the charge and they sent me comparable items to choose from for replacement. The item fit very well and I was completely pleased with the whole experience.
The representative was very helpful in assisting me with my questions and research and ultimately a decision to purchase parts for my Ram 1500. I am an Air Force veteran and he sent me a link so I can get my information sent in for future savings. I highly recommend, and have referred several friends who have become customers of American Truck.

Ordering online extremely easy. Once you enter the info on your vehicle a pop up tells you if it will fit your vehicle.
Was able to use the chat function to ask a question about a product. Was answered almost immediately and then made my purchase.
I waited about 5 months to get a certain item because it was out of stock. Last week I received an email stating that the item I wanted was in stock. So I contacted an agent online and asked if the item was available and he said yes it was. So I purchased the item and now received an email saying my order was canceled because the item was discontinued. Why is it that no one knows what is in stock or what's going on with the items thank are sold. Not sure if I'm going to go through this b.s. Might be time to spend my money somewhere else.

Answer: Yes, go a web search for the product you want. There are many other websites that want your business and have great customer service. American Trucks does not.
