Had an issue with the website, talked with Ashley C and she had it corrected in no time she was even patient with me while I was at work correcting my issue between jobs
I received my part, however, there was no packing material inside box to protect the grill. Unfortunately the box came bent and so terfore the grill was bent as well. I am going to try to make it work. Just be more cautious when sending out fragile pieces.
Very frustrated and unhappy after a large purchase for a front bumper. Bumper came missing half of the structural mounts and used parts off of another truck. This was an open box item that was passed off and I paid brand new prices for. Someone had returned the Bumper, American Trucks did not verify it was all there, and then sold it to me. I have opened a claim with customer service, but no resolution after a week, while the Bumper sits useless taking up my entire garage. Very unhappy with the company and will be doing business with other vendors going forward.
I'm still waiting on the second item on my order { set of tie-down cleats}. I received the first part only a few days after I placed the order. I haven't even received an update. FedEx site shows that the parts are still on the west coast

Up is the wrong size.Apparently I have the aftermarket filter which is a narrower size.
I'll call Monday to see if I can replace it for the right size. I'll post again with an update
I ordered a $35 part on a Friday. Got a tracking number and it never left their warehouse. Six days later, no product, they tell me they need to go through a four day claim procedure. They took my money and now I have to wait four business days for them to resolve it on their end and they will not send a replacement part. I will never order from these people again.

Typically it takes up to 3 business days to investigate and see if we can find the replacement. Good news though, we were able to expedite the claim and the replacement already shipped today.

I received a set of side steps for a customers 2024 Ram2500. The box came destroyed in delivery and all wrapped up on one end. Whomever wrapped these for shipping is a complete hacker. Now, in order for me to return them, they want me to remove the product take pictures just to get a RA!
I sent them a full video of the box un opened at all by me and pictures but they are insisting for me to remove the product and take pictures of the product, now I know this sounds like no big deal but it's the inconvenience and time consumption.
That's ok, I'm the only truck shop installer within 43 miles of this area and I'm insisting on all my customers to buy from Real Truck or ANY other parts place. I now refuse to install ANYTHING from these A-HOLES.

I went ahead and waived the photo request please keep an eye on your email for your RMA and pre-paid return label. We do have the option to waive the photos but in cases where something is damaged we try to get the photos due to some suppliers require them. Long time customer, ordered a ton of parts. Always great to deal with, I've never had a bad experience. The parts always show up on time and in great condition. On my most recent purchase I accidently had the wrong shipping address entered. Called the support number and immediately had it fixed withing 30 minutes. Like I said great customer service.
Bought the storage bin (rough country) for under the rear seat. It arrived quicker than expected, packaged well, installation instructions were clear, It fit well, although I did need to slightly modify my floor liner
Dec 26,2024 I start a return of defective headlight, it is now Jan 12,2025 and I don't have the replacements yet and they may not ship until the 21 or the 23.
The replacement headlight were listed as In Stock...! Not sure what In Stock actually means to American Trucks (AT).
My truck has been disabled for 17 days, I am borrowing a vehicle when needed but that is getting old, and I don't even know for sure when the new headlights, that were suppose to be In Stock will be shipped for sure.
I'm at a stand still, loss some days of work, the Wife isn't happy with me using her vehicle, and I am one unhappy customer. And also happy that AT is doing anything.
The only up-side is the original Customer Service Rep, yes I know her name, is one of the best Reps I have Chatted with on the Web. She listened and acted and got things started to begin with and got things straightened out and a Refund started, once the screw up stated, faster than most of the other Reps, could even get the idea of what was happening. The headlights I ordered arrived very quickly. The fitment was great and they look amazing on my truck. A heck of a lot brighter than the stock headlights and I couldn't be happier!

I ordered this product and after two weeks of waiting I contacted the company to see where my package was. The company told me they were back ordered and once they get the product they would ship it out. I had to cancel my order, request a refund and order it from a different company. It would be great if the company would notify you if they don't have the product on hand. I advised my husband to not use this company any longer as this is not good customer service.

Answer: Yes, go a web search for the product you want. There are many other websites that want your business and have great customer service. American Trucks does not.
