The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because when I went to install the tips on the exhaust system the welds on the clamp broke so I had to use a different clamp to securely install the exhaust tip.
Haven't received product was supposed to arrive Thursday said it would arrive Friday now it is Friday and now fedex says expect it Saturday had a repair facility scheduled for install and has messed up there. Schedule not happy not sure who messed up but have received a lot of things that shiped ups and always on schedule
Ordered a wheel and tire package that said free mount and balance….
Then receive an email saying they shipping everything individually ( TPMs, lugs, tires, rims) and I have to bring them somewhere for them to be mounted and balanced…. Complete waste of time. Will never order from these people again… to top it off they want to charge you to return every individual item! Absolute BS

First off the site is easy to navigate an ordering was pretty painless. When the package finally arrived, we are excited to see the fog lights for our ram 2500. My husband is a Has built several cars and adding the fog lights was just gonna be the cherry on the top for his 2500. They say the least the kit is confusing, lacks instructions and does not fit. The bumper clips don't clip onto the bumper to hold the lights. The screws that hold the besals back out.
Don't waste your time or your money he has spent three days trying to put on two fog lights where the bumper clips don't fit. The basil don't fit and it is just a giant waste of time.
I would love to have fog lights that fit and parts that are not broken.

I will be honest I was skeptical buying an open box item. Regardless I wasn't looking for a super expensive product, it's for a work truck. None the less, this company did not disappoint, my product is top quality, sturdy and easy to install. The installation sheet looked like a hamster had gotten to it. But it's okay, common sense and the pictures helped! I'm beyond happy with my product, affordable, durable, looks good. Thanks!
Easy to locate correct parts for truck and purchase. So much of an assortment of items that I have a wishlist that I'll be buying for quite some time.
Did not receive a hard copy of instruction for mounting. Was unable to get a copy of it emailed by the online help that is set up. Referred me to U-Tube. No recommendations for receiving the hard copy.
Ordered new rims and tire package comes with free mount and balance but had no idea nor any info on where to go. New set look awesome love the price but they rub when details in the order said they wouldn't. So ordered for a great price a 2" leveling kit which will cure all headaches and supposedly easy to install let u know.
Easy to install and much sturdier than factory cover. It's heavy duty and may will provide engine protection if needed
I want to say that I'm not disappointed with the product but I ordered this for my husband for Christmas and since it did not come in a discreet package he saw it coming off of the Fed Ex truck. When I ordered i didn't have the option to hide the package inside an unmarked box. His big Christmas gift surprise is ruined because of this and I'm not happy.

The LED tag light fit perfectly and put out a bright white light. Much brighter than factory lights.
Recently ordered front lowering knuckles for my 2002 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 5.3 4x4. It was easy to look up parts and order for my truck. The parts I ordered for my truck high quality. Great company to do business with. Please for give me, I had help for a staffer, he was great, but I can't remember his name, forgive me for that. Thanks for everything American Trucks!
