Have ordered and received a few items in last 2-3 weeks: good service & prices, BUT… after order is"processed", credit card is charged and notice says "shipped", when it is actually awaiting pickup for several days, up to week or more, by Fed-Ex. Also, getting Way Too Many emails (over 50+ in just 2-weeks), some trying to sell products I have already bought, and products I have merely viewed. I requested to "unsubscribe" and to send a catalog, but have not received, but continue getting too many emails. I will be closing & canceling your website due to this once I receive my last order (paid for & "shipped" 3/17/25, but Fed-Ex has not picked up from your end yet. I ordered the retractable cargo straps and at the top of the add it clearly stated "free shipping". At checkout, the sales receipt showed $5.95 for SHIPPING. Not happy about this, but wanting the Rex tea InvestLink Social straps I placed the order and then chatted with the online customer service rep.
Although the chat took 20 minutes, I was able to get the shipping charge removed. Bad on American Trucks for very awkward advertising language, but good for America Truck for refunding the shipping, as they should have done.

The representative who helped me did a great job in telling me what my options were to complete my order, having the ability to call him back is a great way to ensure top notch customer service.
The only problem I had was the wrong installation instructions were set to me. Had to call customer service to get correct instructions emailed to me.
Everything was great till I got to the spare tire drop hole! It's too small to put the clutch ver apparatus into. I'm going to have to modify the metal face of the bumper to get it in there!
My cai had been discontinued and needed to make sure a off brand would fit. The customer service person was able to find me exactly what I needed.

Got an OSC OIL SEPARATOR from you guys on the advice of a friend. Easy install after watching you tube instructions. Also bought yellow lens fog lights but haven't installed them yet. I have a 2016 police tahoe that I would like to keep for awhile.
Idk how they messed/F up it's pretty clear but I ordered stains less works long tube headers with the X pipe and they sent a Y pipe? They must not know they difference between X and Y

I know this product is a knock off from China, hence the price. But found a couple things, the frame for the fog lights didn't fit properly in the socket of my truck. The frame had alignment helpers on top that didn't match on the truck. Also the bolts that should have held that in where 10mm I believe but had not nuts or fasteners to match the bolt. Also putting the plastic liner that would go around the fog light the clip broke on the one side with out excessive force. I have to say American Trucks were VERY good with taking the product back and sending me the prepaid label
