I have 30 dollars credit and couldn't find out how to use it, no option to add it to my cart no option in my account to use a gift code. Garbage website.
This switch fit my truck but it only controls my front windows. The rear switches do nothing. I followed the instructions to install.
Great experience product came in and was packaged nicely, product seemed well made. Cannot wait to install them in my super cool truck.
So it was delivered by Fedex. I filled out their site that says they'll give you updates on delivery. Today I went on both sites; AT and Fedex and found delivery time between noon and 2PM. At 2:05 PM I checked again and Fedex had changed the time to 2:30-4:30 PM and never sent me an update.
I had to leave my house by 3:00 PM so I went on Fedex's website and attempted to stop the delivery. At 3:00 PM I left my house not knowing what Fedex was going to do.
Of course it was delivered in front of my garage for anyone going by to see and steal.
Luckily it wasn't stolen, however the box had tears in it and looked slightly bent. The wife and I brought into the garage for the night.
I'll look at the packaging more closely tomorrow and take pictures.
I'm not very happy about this delivery.

I was Profiled. And told that I was most likely a Fraud. So American Trucks Cancelled my order. And now am waiting for A/T to refund my money of 2,407.72 which they did and it's pending for 5 days. All because someone just picked me and said fraud. All lies am a Retired NYS Police Officer. There is no fraud. But lies. U want to know why. Thank you all for your time. Have a bless evening.

Unfortunately your order was determined "Fraud" by our security system Riskified that is also used by other retailers. We as a company have no control over this and have no way to push the order through if Riskifed cancels it. Easy to order. They took my money. Order due February 12 and got notified February 10 that they don't have stock. Gave no notice as to when I will receive. No credit or offer for my inconvenience. So far not impressed.

We do not charge until the item is shipping therefor what you are seeing is an authorization hold on the funds with your bank. Ordered 2 items to be picked up same day. Received an email stating my order was being prepared and that I would receive an email when order is ready to be picked up. Still have yet to receive an email stating order was ready for pickup and supposedly everything was in stock. Still have yet to get my items.

Received my order in 3 days. The order was expedited quickly. The unfortunate thing was when I was installing the cover a tab broke but after aligning the cover from the bottom I was finally able to install it I almost ordered another one but it looks I I got to work. I think it's holding up ok. But the product is very close to the original cover. Your product is well made but those tabs are easily broken. Overall your service and product is outstanding.
It was quick to find the part I needed and the confirmation of the vehicle to ensure the part was correct. The part was delivered in 3 days considering it was over Christmas that was amazing.
I was excited until I opened my box and my lenses aren't smoked! The picture of the ones I ordered were dark, these are almost completely clear. My tail light lenses are dark like the picture I ordered from. WTH! Actually after looking closer my taillight lenses aren't very dark either the background is just black.

I'm highly satisfied with the Tuffy undersea combo safe. It was very easy to install - only took about 40 minutes. It's well built and has relatively thick gauged steel. It would take quite a bit of effort and time with some robust tools to break into this safe. I feel comfortable that I can leave valuable items in my vehicle and they will remain secure and safe. The safe actually allows you to store gear behind it (against the backseat wall) and a ton of additional space in the safe without protruding into your foot space in the back seat area.
Ordered my parts on 12-4, expected delivery date was 12-9 to 12-11. Today is the 9th and the order hasn't even been processed and expected shipping date is now the 13th. This is not a good experience so far, as I need to replace the drivers side hub that is starting to make noise. The entire reason I ordered from this site is because they could get the parts to me faster than anywhere else I looked. American Trucks, help make this a better experience.

Ordered an AEM Dry High Flow Air Filter, got it in about 3 days and everything was there as advertised. I haven't driven with it a lot, but I've noticed a little better throttle response and turbo boost levels when getting on my '24 F150 Powerboost.

Was very disappointed on the cold intake I bought, every part was off where I had to rig up just make it fit! The manufacturing company needs to readjust the assembly and get the parts closer to fit better, my hose line was way to short now it's pinching my hose hopefully it doesn't cause a problem later on, also the sensor bushing was way to tight and wouldn't fit, hope yall can add a better bushing where I wouldn't have to use super glue to make it stick to the intake

Answer: Yes, go a web search for the product you want. There are many other websites that want your business and have great customer service. American Trucks does not.
