Ordered 2 items and my paypal account was debited for the full amount of the purchase. Shortly after I completed the transaction, I was notified that one of the ordered items was not available and that portion of the order was canceled. Why advertise an item for sale if you cannot send it? Not sure where my money is on the cancelled portion of the order.
