I love that they have such a large variety, there products are quality made. My favorites are the top down bottom up which allows for light with privacy. Their prices are competitive and always lower than those found in at home goods stores. Excellent customer service.

I really can't think of anything that I would change about my experience with you folks. Your delivery was quick and accurate. I messed up and ran out of one of the wallpapers. I had to reorder another roll which is what I ordered a month ago. The paper I had was discontinued but I emailed customer service and Ann Werner checked with the manufacturer to get a new roll for me. What more could I ask?

We love the Up/Down blinds. We also use the "blackout" style in our bedrooms and they really do shut out all the light. I would not change anything!

We have purchased these blinds for the past three homes and referred others to your company. We love the quality of the blinds. We've had quite a few people comment on them.

Your customer service has ALWAYS been excellent! From the time I called about the cord being broken, till we shipped it to you & you shipped it back, (which by the way was very speedy) everything has been A+.

Thank you for being such a great company with great CS! We will always decorate our homes in your product. BTW, LOVE that these blinds do not attract dust!

Been a customer for 12+ years and they have never let me down. Absolutely the best quality, the easiest installation, and the most dependable company I have ever dealt with. I'm the buyer from hell, too--I can find problems with anything. But not a single problem with American Blinds.

The absolute BEST prices! Fast shipment, unsurpassed selection, great communication. We have been using this company for many years... I bought from them decades ago when they were "Decorate Today.com". This is the sixth home and I have used them for all my window needs. I recently furnished my new home with their own label and couldn't be more pleased--excellent quality. Their website is so easy to navigate. It is so easy to recommend them to everyone!

The only one thing that I would change, would be to have you come and install them! LOL. Seriously, I was able to use the screw holes that were already there, so it went up effortlessly. So there is nothing else I would change – I love everything about your product and service. I have been buying your blinds for years – and leaving them behind in the house when we sell it and then buying new ones at the new house! LOL

I honestly do not know where you could improve!
It is rare, I know, but I think your site is user friendly, delivery was super quick and your follow-up is fantastic.
Maybe advertise more?
This is the second large order in say 3or 4 years for me.
I have you on my favorites, but I can't recall seeing adverts from you anywhere, so I guess that is something.

The service and product I have received from you, to date, has been exceptional! My order always arrives in a very short time and in good shape. I know this is not in your control, but the only thing I would love to see is Hunter Douglas products offered. Other than that, keep on doing what you are doing, I love it!

Here are some pics of the finished workmanship. Feel free to use in advertising. No complaints or problems at all. The windows themselves were not perfectly square so my husband had to make some adjustments during installation.
We love them- it provides the exact effect we desired. The customer rep, Stephanie Boggess, was awesome on the phone. I believe my husband said they were on the phone 1.5 hrs going over exact measurements before ordering. That was outstanding customer service!

I placed an order for wallpaper and then found out I would need to leave the state before it was delivered. I contacted the company before it was shipped and asked that it be held until I returned. The CS took an adversarial attitude and told me they would ship it anyway. I said I wanted to cancel the order and they said I had to do it in 24 hours; I had. I filed a claim with Paypal and American Blind's answer was to speed up the shipping. So much for the claim on their website of '100% satisfaction guaranteed'.

Someday I'm going to learn to believe the reviews I see online and avoid companies like this like the plague.

I recently purchased 4 light filtering roller shades and the only issue I had, and it was a minor one, was that I don't remember seeing if the hardware was included with the purchase of the shades. I certainly may have missed it but, it was something I just assumed (and hoped was included, which it was). Again, I probably missed it but, if so, maybe it needs to be more prominently displayed.

I have made multiple, very satisfactory purchases from American Blinds, and I have and will continue to tell friends and family about the company and the great service.

Elena was beyond wonderful, knowledgeable and helpful. The shutters are up and look great and they were every bit the product
She sold them as. She is a real asset to your organization and really knows her stuff. I called the competition while I was looking and asked the man who answered
If their blinds were solid or hollow and the material and the guy was clueless. That was the end of my conversation with them.

In addition, not only was Elena great but when the shutters came they were all numbered in order, packed great. All overall it was a great experience!

Nothing! I wouldn't change a thing. I was very satisfied with the whole experience. It was very easy to order the blind and delivery was exactly what I was told. We installed it in just a few minutes and it is working great.

There is nothing David or I can think of changing concerning our recent order. We were amazed at how smoothly the ordering process went and how quickly we received the blinds. Our son installed them for us and we are ecstatic at the final results. All we are sorry about is that we did not discover your company when we first moved in and had several windows to cover. This was our last window, but we are not going to forget you should we need to make some changes.

We are in a senior community and our neighbor bought all her blinds from you and was quick to recommend you when I was chatting with her about covering our last window. So very glad she did. Now, we are recommending you highly to any new residents moving in. If they don't listen, it will be their loss.
