I have used American Blinds on several occasions for many years. I have found you very easy to order, the person taking my order makes me feel they are taking their time to make sure the order is correct and I have measured correctly. Now I have never had to call back to return something so I don't know if you have an automated service for that. I would prefer to talk to a human from the first answering of the phone. Heard from American Blinds and was told that I would always get a person to talk to.

We absolutely love your company and have had nothing but positive experiences when dealing with you. All of our blinds have been of the highest quality, with the exception of the last top/down, bottom/up shade that we ordered but you replaced it without hesitation and the replacement works perfectly!

There isnt one thing I can think of that you can do to improve your service its fantastic! We remain loyal customers and were passing your discount coupon along to our daughter who has just started building her first house.

We received the blinds and installed them. As always, we are again very satisfied with the quality of the blinds and the customer service is fantastic. I wish more companies provided the quality of product that you produce. We'll be repeat customers again when the need arises for more blinds. I really, really like the blind we purchased from American Blinds. The company was recommended to me by a close friend who was very happy with her blinds too. When I looked a blinds at local stores, the cost was prohibitive. The cost through American Blinds was about half the price of the local stores including the big box home improvement stores. My husband installed the blind. The installation was easy and the directions were easy to follow. I also was impressed that the company sent me color samples first. Both the sampes and blinds arrived in the time frame that was promised. I am happy to recommend the company.

I hope you and the owner of American Blinds really appreciate Tami Flores- what a super, outstanding job of customer service. This has been the best experience I have had in a very long time.
She not only found my old order, but was able to get me a replacement shade in no time at all. Which was perfect.
I thought for sure I would have to buy two new shades.
Right now I do not have a need for shades or blinds, but our granddaughter is moving into a house and I am sure we will be helping her with window coverings, and we know just where to go for those items. I do tell people about American Blinds and Wallpaper whenever I hear anyone talking about items I know you sell!

You produce a good quality product with good instructions. My husband and I are both over 75 yoa and we did both inside and outside installs on 8 blinds without any help and they fit very nicely. One of your employees talked at length with me about ordering. I placed my order online but it would not accept my measurement for one double window so I called and talked to the same lady that I had talked with before. She straightened out my order but had to create a second order number. Very professional in every way. I just wish I had known she would have received more if I had called in my whole order to her. Someday I would like to order some more blinds but my budget won't allow it anytime in the near future. Thanks again for such a good product.

I must tell you that I was very impressed with the responsiveness of my order, the excellence in packing to ensure a 'no damage' delivery, and the quality of your product. My wife was very hesitant to order the blinds from you vs a local retailer where you could touch and feel before buying. Well I must tell you, she was extremely please with your turnaround and more importantly the look of her new blinds!

You guys are terrific and we have already told some our friends about you, also we plan to refresh more of our blinds in the house and will continue to rely on your excellent products/services.

I am very pleased with every aspect of this company, Americanblinds.com. From the ease of ordering, instructions sent via e-mail, to the help that I received over the phone on an installation issue, which by the way was an easy fix. We ordered six blinds first. Then came back an ordered the next six we needed to finish the house. They are beautiful and add just the right touch to our newly renovated home.
